On September 30, 2014, SM kicked Jessica out of Girls’ Generation.

Various comments I posted on YouTube:

I used to think GG was special. That they were different from the other groups. Then SM fired Jessica from GG. And the other 8 members went along with it. No protest from them. Now I realize GG was never special. This whole time SM conned me. GG is just another product. Like the latest iPhone. Or “new and improved” detergent. It’s all the same. It’s not like these girls were all friends that came together and formed a group. They were PUT together. It wasn’t a natural union. It was artificial. Manufactured. It’s like SM is selling a 9-pack of toilet paper rolls. But one of the rolls isn’t how they wanted it. So they just got rid of it. Now they’re selling it as an 8-pack. Perhaps you want a 4-pack? Well they sell that, too. They call it “Red Velvet”. If these toilet paper rolls are too soft for you then they also sell extra-strength versions. Some they sell in a 10-pack (EXO). They also sell a 5-pack (SHINee). If you don’t like SM’s toilet paper products then you can find many other competing brands (like YG Entertainment). They look similar to SM’s toilet paper. Similar packaging. You can get the same number of rolls per pack. Or, if you want, you can also get pack multiples that SM doesn’t sell. (If you want a soft 6-pack then T-ara is a good product to wipe your butthole with.)

I don’t like 8-packs, SM. I like 9-packs. Bring back the original GG product!

Why, SM? You said Jessica wanted to stay with GG until “this coming spring… with the release of one [more] album.” So why couldn’t you let us have her for a few more months? Why not let her leave on good terms? Then she would be happy, the other members in GG would be happy, and the fans would be happy. Why should the fans be punished? What did we do to you? You could have promoted it as “Jessica’s Farewell Tour”. The fact that it’s her last tour would’ve increased interest, sales. You could charge more for concert tickets, for “limited edition” Jessica merchandise. You could’ve milked that for months. Dumb dumb dumb dumb.

SM betrayed Jessica. SM disrespected Jessica. And her fans.

You can fly, Jessica. Fly above all this nonsense.

You flied high with GG. In the future you will fly even higher.

Why, SM? Why did you fire Jessica from GG? Your explanation doesn’t make any sense.

It’s because of her ebola, isn’t it?

I never thought this would happen to GG. I thought SM had enough sense not to mess with their premier group. Don’t kill the golden goose! If Jessica wants to quit GG next spring then let her quit next spring. Keep her in the group until that time because this is very profitable. But treat her like crap and this will anger GG’s legion of fans. And then they will hate SM and buy fewer SM products (music, merchandise, concert tickets). It is profitable to be GOOD, SM. It is unprofitable to be evil to Jessica.

There will be repercussions, SM. It’s called blowback, payback. You’ll feel it.

For YEARS!

SM treats Jessica and the fans like crap. SM disregards our feelings for these Girls. So screw SM.

SM might know these Girls personally. But SM doesn’t love these Girls. To SM, these Girls are just moneymaking machines. That’s it. Nothing more. And thus, the only way to get SM’s attention is to hurt their revenue.
