"But Diamond! It won't be the same without you!" Ruby said, in utter shock.
"Girls, you will still enjoy yourselves. You guys all know that this isn't my thing! I don't even like being a princess! Besides, I WON'T be able to go in. I WONT have a date!" Diamond shrugged.
"Oh, maybe you do!" exclaimed Emerald.
"Yeah! Come on, Diamond! You may be a tomboy, but you have the looks!" Goldie exclaimed, trying to convince her friend into going to the ball.
"I'll think about it." Diamond said. She ran back into her castle fast enough, not wanting her friends to chase after her.
The Gems went back home with their dresses, but in HORRIBLE moods.
Ruby suddenly thought of an idea.
She rushed to her big brother's room. "RAIN THUNDER!!" she screamed.
"WHATTTTTTTT" He groaned, obviously annoyed by his little sister. He opened his room door.
" What do you want, Ruby!" He groaned.
" Didn't you tell me that Rainbow Blitz was crushing on Diamond?"
"Yeah...so?" he asked, knowing his sister was up to something.
"WELL TELL HIM TO ASK HER TO THE BALL! OR SHES NOT GOING!!"
"Fine!" he said. Rainbow Blitz was his best friend.
"Tell your other friends to ask their crushes out,too! And YOU should ask Emerald out!!" she said.
Rain Thunder blushed, because his sister knew that he had a crush on Emerald since young. He forced his sister out of the room.
