Julia's Pov:
"so... where is your brother?" I asked in confusion.
"Herman? I think he's swimming outside." Dylan replied while helping me to carry my baggage to my usual bedroom.
I've been waiting for this summer for so long. Every summer my mom's best friend invite us to go to her lake house but this summer my mom had to work so it's just me.
We put my baggage in my bedroom and Dylan asks only wearing his swim shorts "Do you wanna go swim with me?"
He's the sweetest guy ever but I have this huge crush on his brother Herman that won't let me give him a chance.
"Sure, I'm gonna go change and I'll join you there." I replied while smiling.
He agreed and left.
I've been working out so much lately to get this summer body that I'm so excited to put my bikini on and enjoy summer.
I put my bikini on and went outside to see Dylan already swimming. He waved at me making me smile and suddenly something pushed him into water. 5 seconds later when he was completely gone two persons came out from the water. It was Herman.
"I told you to stop doing that!" Dylan yelled while rubbing his eyes, he seemed kinda upset.
"I told you to stop telling me what to do." Herman said in laughs while coming out of water in my direction.
That's what I'm talking about. Herman is so funny and loud lol.
"hey." He said looking at me.
"hey" I replied shyly while staring at his abs.
"You know my face is up here and not down there don't you?" He laughed making me blush so hard.
"What?" I asked embarrassed.
"Never mind" He smiled and went inside of the house.
I was so embarrassed I didn't know what to do.
"are you coming or what?" Dylan shouted for me to hear him.
"Uh yeah." I replied, put my foot in water and walked towards Dylan till my body was completely in water and I started floating.
It was getting dark outside and I was so tired so Dylan and I decided to go home and as we entered in we saw his mother putting dinner on the big table and singing.
"Oh, perfect time. It's dinner time and I just cooked the best meal ever." She said as she stopped singing.
I went upstairs to put a beach dress on just to not be half naked during dinner lol.
Then went downstairs and walked towards the table. I sat next to Dylan and in front of Herman.
This is so embarrassing oh my lord. I tried to not look at Herman and started eating.
My favorite part of the day is probably after dinner when I finally can take a shower, relax and just watch the lake by the window of my bedroom.
After dinner I finally went to the bathroom, took a shower and put a summer pajamas on. I sat on bed and started reading a romance book that I grabbed from their huge library downstairs, with the window open so I could hear the water from the lake.
"enjoying the view?" I heard a male voice coming from the outside of the window.
"what?" I asked in confusion while putting my head out of the window to see who was there. I was hoping it was Herman.
"Come with me I want to show you something" I finally saw Dylan's face on the other side of the window. Ugh
I agreed and joined him outside.
We started walking on the very green grass.
"You know I-" He tried to speak but got interrupted by one of his dogs barking like a fool somewhere far away from where we were.
We looked around to see from where the barking was coming and walked towards the dog.
"Herman?!" Dylan said surprised when he saw him.
"Uh, Molly thought I was a stranger!" He replied scared.
I didn't want to believe in what my eyes were seeing. He was with a girl.
"We're going inside." He said while grabbing her hand and walked towards the house's front door.
