Tomorrowland

Still on the road to North Carolina. We had two more states to go. My stomach was feeling uneasy eating all of that food so I decided to take a nap. I woke up and saw we were in a whole different world.

It was full of bright colors, animals and rainbows. It reminded me of wonderland.

I told mom to stop the car so I could get out and investigate.

We stopped on a teal color sugared road. It felt like the whole land was made of food. And it was.

Rocks being jaw breakers. Trees being candy canes. Lakes being chocolate milk. It was wonderful.

I walked around some more.

As I kept walking I saw the land was divided. There was a fun, creative, bright side, and there was a dark, gloomy and boring side.

So like the stupid girl I am, I crossed the line, literally.

There was fog on the ground and I couldn't see where I was going. This side wasn't made of food at all.

There were creatures everywhere staring at me as I walked on. This place was like a haunted forest.

I walked on and stopped at a bridge. There was a river of blood underneath the bride.

This was no longer a pleasant feeling.

I crossed the bridge hesitantly.

Why I crossed it? I don't know. Normal people would turn around and go back. So why didn't I?

I saw a person on the other side of the bridge. A small person.

I was curious.

As I kept getting closer, I could tell more and more on what the shadow was.

It was my sister.

"Emma?" I asked.

"C'mon, hurry! They will get you!" She screamed.

"Who?"

"The evil mushrooms" she said pointing behind me.

What was happening? How did those things get here? This was making no sense.

Emma grabbed me hand and pulled me off the bridge and we started running towards a huge boulder.

I whispered to her "You didn't even get out of the car, how are you here?"

"Shh be quiet, they will hear you."

"Really? Mushrooms with no ears are going to hear me?" I said sarcastically.

She covered my mouth with a scared look on her face.

I looked sideways and saw the black mushrooms wobble past us. I didn't breathe. They were scary.

As soon as they were gone Emma released her hand.

"What is this place?" I asked.

" Tomorrowland"

I looked around clueless. How did I get here? How do I get back? I was frightened.

I was walking backwards and I walked right off the cliff into the river of blood.

I felt like I was drowning and I woke up for real this time.

I was so lost.

That was some crazy dream, I hope there wasn't a message behind it, saying I'm going to die in a river or something.
