CHAPTER 5

DAEJOON'S POV
-Time skip until Wednesday-

My alarm sounds again, but today is a special day! I got the day off and I'll be attending to my sons' school...

I head to their room open the windows allowing the sun to enter and greet their cute sleeping faces.

-Daejoon: Good morning boys! (smiles) c'mon is time to wake up, you need to go to school...
-Seungjoon: I want to sleep (yawns)
-Daejoon: Okay, I guess that I won't go to that special event today then... (teasing)

Then I notice how the get out of bed quickly and come to hug me, they are really my reason to keep on going...

-Hyunjoon: You are coming! (smiles)
-Daejoon: Of course, I told you that I would ask for a day off... (pats their heads) Plus, I want you to be happy...
-Seungjoon: I'll show all my friends how awesome my dad is! (smiles)
-Daejoon: Well, I don't know if I'm awesome, but I'll try my best... (smiles) now it's time to get ready, I'll go to the kitchen and prepare the breakfast, okay?
-Both: Yeah~

I really enjoy doing this things with them, I'm really glad that they are proud of me... I'm happy that my sons think that way of me...

We have breakfast and then I drive to school, I'm kind of nervous since I don't know what to expect.

-Daejoon: So, what's going to happen now? (smiles)
-Seungjoon: You just need to come to our class, just as the other dads are doing... (takes my hand)
-Hyunjoon: (takes my other hand) Don't be nervous daddy, we'll have fun... (smiles)
-Daejoon: Yeah... (smiles)

We head to their class to find out that the most of parents there were women... What should I do?

-Daejoon: Hyunnie, I thought that it was for dads, not for moms... (smiles)
-Hyunjoon: It's for parents, but my friend's dads are working, so their moms came... But we don't have a mom, so we didn't have any other option than asking you... Is it wrong?

It almost broke my heart when he said that he doesn't have a mom... It makes me feel terrible...

-Daejoon: It's perfect, I'm so happy to be here with you... (smiles and pats his head)

Just when I said so, their teacher, Mrs. Chou...

-Teacher: Good morning class, how are you today? (smiles)
-Class: Good morning Mrs. Chou!
-Teacher: Have you brought your parents? (smiles)
-Class: Yeah!
-Teacher: Fantastic, now I would like to some of you to help and make your parents to introduce theirselves... Is there any volunteer?
-Sungjoon: (raises his hand) My dad will introduce himself first! (smiles)

Oh Sungjie, why do you have to be this open and shameless? I'm not good with this kind of stuff... Aish, what should I do?

-Teacher: Okay, Mr. Jeon, can you come to the front then? (smiles)
-Daejoon: Yeah, of course... (smiles)

I head to the front, and everyone is watching straight to me... How intimidating!

-Daejoon: I feel nervous, almost as if I were back to school... (jokes) I guess no one forgets about this feeling...
-All: (laughs)
-Teacher: (laughs) Relax Mr. Jeon, there's no exam today... But, could you introduce yourself and explain something about you? (smiles)
-Daejoon: Sure, my name is Jeon Daejoon, I'm Hyunjoon and Seungjoon's dad, and I work as a modern architect... (smiles) Does anyone know what it is?
-Hyunjoon: (raises his hand) I know! (smiles)
-Teacher: It's not fair if your sons answer, can someone else try guessing? (smiles)
-Raejun: It's something related to find treasures?
-Daejoon: Nope, it's not related with treasures... (smiles)
-Ah-Ro: Do you work with animals?
-Daejoon: No, animals has nothing to do... But it's also something really interesting! (smiles) I create houses!
-Seohyun: Houses? What a boring thing...
-Teacher: Seohyun! You need to be respectful... I'm sorry Mr. Jeon, I didn't pretend to-
-Daejoon: It's okay, but Seohyun, come here... (smiles)

The little boy comes next to me, and lookinh serious... I just answer by giving him a kind smile.

-Daejoon: Where do you live?
-Seohyun: Why should I tell you?
-Daejoon: Well, it's probable that I designed your house... (pats his head) but not only that, I can create any kind of house that comes to my mind, a house tree, a house under a water... Whatever! (smiles) Isn't it like... awesome?!
-Kids: It's so cool! I want to create a house too!

I look around the class, and now Seohyun seems kind of surprised. That's what I pretended, my sons look proud of their dad, that's what matters...

-Daejoon: As I thought that you may like my job... I brought some pictures in case we had time or you wanted to see them... About the best houses that I created... (smiles)
-Teacher: It would be awesome if you could show them to us Mr. Jeon... (smiles)

I nodded and proceed to show them some of my last creations... The truth is that I'm having a lot of fun, and I'm happy to see Hyunnie and Sungjie happy...

We spent the rest of the class knowing about the other parents' job and so... The truth is that it was really fun, and the kids had a great time and I repeat again, that's what matters...

Soon the bell rings which means that it's time to head back home... This time, we'll be able to eat together since I have the day off...

-Daejoon: It was fun, right boys? (smiles)
-Hyunjoon: Yeah, I like when you come to school... (Smiles)
-Seungjoon: I'm really proud of you dad, maybe you are not a firefighter as Seohyun's dad, and you don't have that many muscles... But you are thousand times better! (smiles)
-Hyunjoon: Yeah, you are the best dad of the world! (smiles)
-Daejoon: I'm glad you feel that way, because... You are the best sons of the world! (carry both of them, each in one arm)
-Seungjoon: Woah, you are still really strong! (chuckles)
-Daejoon: Of course, I also like keeping on shape... (smiles) plus, I like making you two feel proud of your dad...
-Hyunjoon: We'll make you feel proud of ourselves as well... (smiles)
-Daejoon: That's awesome buddy! (giggles)

After so, we head back home and had a normal day. TV, playing, eating and so...
