Sierra's POV
I was walking through Burlington, Ontario with my friend, Teala, when I bumped into a guy, well, more like he bumped into me. "Hey, watch where you're going, dumbass!" I shouted, as he walked away but, stopped and turned around. I immediately regretted calling him a dumbass. He was the hottest man I'd ever laid my eyes on. "What was that?" He asked, looking into my eyes. "Nothing, I was just saying that I should've been more careful. I'm sorry." I said, a little nervous. "Hey, it was both our faults, no worries. What's your name? You from around here?" I smiled at him, "My name's Sierra & yeah, I'm from White Rock. You?" I asked, looking up at him. "I'm Nick and I'm actually from here. Wanna grab a cup of coffee?" I smiled and nodded, "Yeah, sure. Where's your friend?" He looked around and spotted his friend with Teala, "I guess they're both entertained. Wanna go now? Don't worry, Joe's from around here, she won't get lost." I smiled and nodded. "That's fine with me, let's go." We walked around the corner to a little spot that I frequented pretty often when I would come home. "Hi Sierra! The usual?" Brittney, the barista that I'd become pretty close with, asked as we walked in. "Yeah, thanks Britt." I said, as Nick pulled out a chair for me & I sat down. He took my hand across the table and rubbed the back of it. "How have we never ran into each other? I'm always in here." He said, looking at me. "I always come here insanely early after a jog. Maybe you're here later in the day?" I asked, looking at him. "That's it. You're the one who always comes in, orders a chai tea latte and walks out. Always sweaty, hair a beautiful blonde mess?" He asked, snapping his fingers together. I blushed and looked down, nodding. "Yeah, how'd you know?" He looked at me and moved closer, his face inches away from mine. "How could anyone forget you?" I took a breath as he closed the gap and kissed me. His lips were so soft and rough all at the same time. He rested his hands on either side of my face and pulled back slowly. "Wanna get out of here?" He asked, looking into my eyes. I nodded as he grabbed my hand in his and laced our fingers together. We walked out and I texted Teala as I got into his car. "Don't wait up, if you're still with Joe, stay with him. I'm still with Nick. Have fun, love ya!" I sent the text as Nick took my free hand in his. "So, what brings you to Canada? Holidays? Or do you live here?" I looked over at him and smiled, "Yeah, just the holidays. I live in LA, I'm a YouTuber. Well, beauty guru to be exact, haha. How about you?" He looked at me and smiled, "I live in LA too, just here for the holidays. I've been doing acting and modeling for awhile out there." I looked at him, dumbfounded. "Are you serious? How the hell have we never met?" He laughed as he pulled into his garage, "I was just thinking the same thing." We walked into his apartment, I was slightly shivering but, I didn't let it show. "Want a drink?" He asked, looking at me. I nodded as he poured a glass of Jack & Coke.
*More to come, can't really think of anything else at the moment, it'll come with time though!*
