CHAPTER IV

??? POV
I sat at the waiting area at the ICU,  waiting for the doctors to give me news on one of the girl's condition, the raven-haired girl seems like in a very fatal condition the doctors said that if I sent her a little late she might have died due to Bloodlost while the other is also in a bad condition, it's not as bad as the first.

I gave a huge sigh, grief and regret is what I feel right now. If I just reach them earlier then this might not have happened……..

my friend might not had died………..

those young girls might not be here in the hospital having fatal injuries .…….

and Hand Blade might have not escape.

"Mr. Toshinori?"

I turn my head towards the doctor,  she gave me a wire smile.

"how are they? "

"the first girl is out of danger,  she needs a lot of rest,  seems like she would stay here for a while, and the second girl's fine now, she just needs to charge up her quirk and have a rest. "

"may I see them? "

"you can see the second girl but it would take time before you see the first we want to avoid complications, hope you understand . "

I nod in understanding, the nurse lead me to a room where the (h/c) haired girl is resting.  I look at her sleeping figure, memories of  what happened earlier  flashes to my mind.

*FLASH BACK *

I was at my hero form when I stoped a bunch villains from robbing a bank because of this I only have one hour left before I comeback to my true form.  My phone rings an indication that someone  was calling me,  I look at the caller ID and saw that it came from my long time friend (F/N)-san.

His my friend since I was just in the middle school his one of the few people who I trust and knows my sicret.

" HEY! (F/N)-SAN LONG TIME NO TALK"

"………….t-tos-shiii…" his voice is weak and sounds like he was in pain. 

"HEY (F/N) YOU OKAY?! "

"h-help... V-villain attack.. "

"WHERE ARE YOU RIGHT NOW?! I GO THERE!! "

"h.... Home.. " I quickly put my phone in my pocket and using my quirk i jump and created powerful vibrations in my legs which makes me fly.

' I just hope I would make it on time. '

I quickly punch the wall to make my entrance and seen the very scene that -

*End of Flash back*

I shut my eyes tight not wanting to remember the gruesome scene.

"she's waking up! " the doctor's words caught my attention.  I look at the girl as she slowly opens his eyelids,  she looks confused, she look at the room confused on what happened but her expression quickly changed to shock, grief and anxiety.

"W-WHERE'S DAD AND AMI!?!" she scream in desperation, her teary eyes reflects despair, pain and fear"

Seing the young girl in this condition is heart breaking. Seing her da-dad?!  So she is the daughter that he always talks about. Knowing this information breaks my heart more.

"I'm sorry to say this, but your father  died and your friend is in ICU but she was now out of danger."

Hearing the news makes her cry more,  emotional pain engulf her as she sob her self,  I felt guilt and self disgust, what kind if hero I am to let this happened.....  If only i reach them earlier... I left the room, I can't stay there.
