(YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED)

Peter dodged another blast. He looked around in confusion at the new illusion that surrounded him. 'This sucks!' He growled in pain as he was hit in the side, making him stagger back and fall to the ground. He slowly stood back up, trying to find Beck, the real Beck, the one he can actually touch. "Look at you Peter! Just a scared little kid!" He felt his ears ringing, the mocking tone in Becks voice painful.

"I'm not just a kid!" He yelled, falling again as he was hit.

"Then prove it! Beat me Peter!" Peter cried out in confusion and pain, his head pounding. He struggled to his feet, looking around again. A wave of dizziness washed over him as the scenery changed, fog surrounding him in a dense and tight circle. "If you were good enough, maybe Tony would still be alive." Peter cried out in anguish, feeling his heart crack at the mans words. 'No- it's not my fault.' He told himself, but he couldn't believe it. Movement caught his attention, and he looked up as a figure stepped through the fog.

"What is it now! You can't hurt me anymore than you have! Who is it?! Uncle Ben?!" He demanded, looking around for Beck.

"Hey kid." That voice. The voice that haunted his mind constantly since he had died. He made eye contact with Tony, and for a second, convinced himself that it was the real Tony. He shook as he walked to him, pain clear in his eyes.

"M-Mr. Stark?" He wipes rapidly at his eyes, his hands coming away with a mix of blood and salty tears on them.

"Yeah it's me, it's always been me Peter. I miss you, so much, but it had to be done. You know it did." Peter let out a quiet sob, not making eye contact anymore.

"It didn't have to be you." He choked out, looking back up at the man, who was looking at him with the softest gaze he'd ever seen on the billionaire.

"I'm sorry Pete, I did it for you all." Peter ran to Tony, attempting to hug him, but simply falling through the illusion. He cried out for his loss, hearing Beck land behind him.

"Such a sweet reunion. Too bad you were too weak to save him." Peter scrambled away from him, pain shooting through his body with each movement.

"Just leave me alone!" He felt tears mixing with the blood on his face, a red drop falling onto his messed up suit.

"You're weak Peter, it's going to get you killed." With that, the illusions disappeared, everything was gone. Peter sobbed again, tucking his head into his knees as he sat there, leaning against a wall silently.

"It's my fault. It's my fault he died." He croaked out. "I killed Tony." He wiped at his eyes again, just smearing his vision further than it was. "I should have saved him." He heard something next to him, felt a arm around him. He looked up, but nothing was there. Then, the wind seemed to whisper,

"There was nothing you could do kid."
