The moon-dog and the story behind it

The moon dog is something I borrowed from Survivors by Erin Hunter and the story behind it is something of my own making
Long ago when we were created pup the moon-dog saw it as a need of the dogs to have a light at night so the moon-dog came around to light the dogs nights up so that they wouldn't fear.
