How should I even get started?

Love your body, be kind to your body, respect your needs.

I know it's so hard to love your body, I know it.

But look, if you want to get skinnier, get a bigger butt or get more toned arms, do it the healthy way.

Do workouts, maybe start practising  a new sport, go on a healthy diet and be patient.

I know it is so hard to feel confident in your body sometimes. But we should all try, because this is the body we're stuck with your entire life.

And be kind to your body, give it enough vitamins and whole foods.

Don't poison your body with drugs.

Be kind to your body, accept your body, keep your body healthy.
