chapter 3:the broken beginning

~months later~
Ever since that horrid day, I lived with mark, but it's not the same. He never looks me in the eyes and rarely talks to me. He makes sure I've eaten and then he's done with me, because of that I'm rarely home. I mostly stay with my friends. One was kind and quiet omega, her name was viola. The other a proud and selfish omega who thinks that they are better then everyone else, her name is Aurora. Aurora isn't the best friend not even a good one but she's all I have, not a lot of people trust me because of that attack. So at the moment I am sitting in the fields just barely listening to viola and Aurora's conversation but instead focusing more on what's being screamed in my head.

"YELLOW" I jerk my head up to look at viola and Aurora. A general smile and a displeased look is what I'm meet with. I sigh

"Yeah viola"

"We said it's getting late we should probably start heading back " I look to the sky the sun was just about to set

"Yeah your right let's go"

"We can leave when the sun is done setting" Aurora suggested

"You mean when the moon rises and the grey wolves take to the fields " I say glaring at her, she always does this, she's just trying to put me down. We were both Omega's but for some reason she felt the need to make herself the stronger one, and I could care less so I let her do what ever she wants

"Oh that's just a myth" At that sentence I turn and stare at her. Never once had she said something like that.... Ever....

"What... " I could feel the anger in me boiling to dangerous heights

"You heard me"

"You really can't be serious"

"Oh but I am" I growled I couldn't believe, she can't really be doing this

"Guys can just we just calm down and just get going you both know what happens if yellow doesn't get back before the sun s-" She was cut off as a howl broke through the air. The sun had began to set and we hadn't returned yet they had sent out the search wolves.

"Oh great... " I sighed and glared at Aurora

"We better head back"

"We going to be in trouble again because of her " Aurora said in a annoyed look on her face

"Because of me? You decided to sit there and argue"

"Hey there they are! " A search wolf yelled. I watched as they started to run towards us Violas ears strunk and Aurora's tail puffed. I lifted my wing out signaling for them to stay still. I walk towards the guards ears flicking.

"I'm sorry we haven't returned yet that is purely my fault" I said bowing I could practically hear Aurora and Viola's jaws drop because I usually let Viola do the talking

"It's fine, but for this scare you won't be able to leave the village for the next few days." I heard Aurora groan and I sighed. I turned to her eyes narrowed

"That only goes for me you and Viola are free to leave" All she did was glare at me

"We now must escort you back to town for your safety" guards took position next to, in front , and behind me creating a block and we started our treak back to town. I felt so embarrassed. When we entered town wolves began to stare at us whispering Aurora and Viola managed to slip away so I was left alone. I began to walk away from the guards but they stopped me and said that they needed to walk me home. Them the captain came to talk to them so I looked around at the people watching me. I felt so bad. I was being humiliated and they didn't care. In the corner of my eye I saw three wolves hidden in a dark ally watching me but they looked Strange

The tallest was a beautiful shade of blue. The medium one was a bright shade of red and the smallest one was a bright purple. But I noticed something strange. They didn't have a straight line like every one else, they had a pattern like me. I don't understand the reasoning for that maybe it was something blood related, I don't know. When they noticed I was looking at them they went further into the ally hiding from my sight.

I hadn't noticed the guards had told me to move, untill they had started to push me. Without saying anything I just started to walk. When we made it to my house I started to walk in but a guard called out to me.

"Hang on the mega alpha would like to speak with you please wait out here" I turned and looked at him and stepped in side

"I'll wait inside thank you" I closed the door. I walked to the kitchen. Nothing was made. Strange. I looked out the window. The mega alpha had begun to approach so I called out to mark.

"Mark I'm home" No answer...

"Mark? " Still no answer. I walked to his room the door was only cracked open a little but I could hear some noise inside so I called out once more. Again no answer. 'I guess i just have to go into his room' I thought as I pushed open the door. The second the door opened a scream left my mouth. I collapsed to the floor, tears streaming down my face as I heard the front door slam open.

"What happened?! " I heard the mega alpha, white zip, scream. When she didn't get an answer she screamed again

"Yellow?! Where... " She was cut off as she saw the sence before her.

A pup crying and a body hanging from the ceiling and pieces began to click into place.

"Oh yellow... " She said as she nealt down next to me her large wings covering me.

"Remove the body now" She commanded her guards as they began to work

"what am I going to do... he was the the last relative that would willingly take me in... the last person that really loved me... what am I going to do... " I sobbed on the floor as the events of kim came rushing back. 'Why did this have to happen..... Why did he have to leave me too'

"I will take you in" My eyes snapped open and I looked at white zip

"... What... "

"I said I would take you in. I am aware of what has happened with your family and your sister and I would never send you back there so I will take you in" I couldn't believe it. The mega alpha of all people wanted to take me in. I couldn't believe it I just started to cry harder and began to repeat a simple phrase over and over to her

"Thank you"

"You are quite welcome" She held me as I sobbed terrified of what the future held for me, but through the ringing I swear I could hear a voice whisper

"I'm sorry I left you too... "
