Hanahaki is a fictional disease, stemmed from one sided love. Where the victim coughs or pukes petals/ flowers. These flowers grow in the lungs of the victim.
There is a surgery but along with the disease t removes the memories and feelings of the person you love.
If you don't take the surgery and they don't accept your feelings, you'll suffocate and die.
