Caroline and Klaus stood in silence for a couple of minutes, quietly observing each other. He looked normal. Pale, wearing all black and still hot as hell. His beard has grown a little bit longer, but it was freshly groomed.

"Klaus, What the hell are you doing in Arizona!?!" She hissed out.

"Caroline my love, I thought you'd be happy to see me after our...last encounter." One of his eyebrows quickly shot up and rested again and Caroline blushed.

"One time thing, remember?" She reminded him. "If anything, it was a farewell gift."

"Probably the best gift I have ever received," he said as his eyes traveled down her body. Caroline blush deepened and she looked away. "May I ask what are you doing here?"

She sighed and flipped her hair annoyed. "I was kidnap." Klaus's face turned serious and he whooshed towards her until he was only a couple of centimeters apart.

"Are you alright love? Do I need to kill anyone." Caroline heart skipped a beat at his willingness to kill someone for her.

"N-no, I think you misunderstood." Klaus furrowed his eyebrows.

"Are you not being held here against your will?"

"Mmm, well yes but—."

"And are you currently unable to leave the premises?"

"Not this specific premises," she stated. "Look Damon kidnap me and entrap me in the worst state in America using a stupid witch that he probably threaten to kill her family or something because he couldn't take the thought of me leaving Mystic Falls."

Klaus took a step back and straightened himself.

"You were going to leave Mystic Falls?" Caroline rolled her eyes.

"Is that seriously all you heard?"

"Were you going to tell anyone?" Caroline shrugged.

"I told my friends." Klaus tilted his head a little bit.

"I wasn't talking about them," he said, his voice still serious. Caroline folded her arms.

"Well if you were referring to yourself, then no, I wasn't really planning on telling you," she flat out told him. "And why do you even care anyways? I bet you slept with hundreds of girls after the last time I saw you."

Klaus cleared his throat and ran his hand through his hair.

"That isn't necessarily true," he admitted. "I didn't have to sleep with other girls, you were enough." Caroline heart completely stopped when he said that and she felt bad about disregarding his feelings in not telling him she was moving. But she wasn't going to tell him "sorry", she had too much pride for that.

Instead she said, "Figures" and flipped her hair. And instead of getting annoyed, Klaus chuckled and took out a card from his leather jacket.

"This is my location for tomorrow night," he told her. "I'm throwing a party and I would rather enjoy having you there." Caroline hesitantly accepted the card causing Klaus to smile.

"I'll think about it," she muttered.

"I hope you do. Until next time, Love." When she blinked, he was gone and she was standing in the middle of an ugly Gucci store alone.

"Hey blondie," she heard Damon call out behind her. She rolled her eyes and spun around. Of course Betty still had her arms wrapped around his waist while he had one arm on her shoulders. There was something about this scene that she did not particularly enjoy. "Where the hell have you been?"

"I told you I was leaving Damon."

"Well are you going to buy anything?"

"No, just take me back. Do you have...blood?" She whispered the last part so that nobody in the store heard her.

"Of course I do," he confirmed. "And before you ask, AB." She smiled at this and pointed her head towards the exit.

"Take me back." He nodded in agreement and as the three of them started walking, Betty stopped.

"Damon," she called up to him. "Do you smell that?" Damon snuffed the airman his expression grew more serious.

"Klaus," he growled. "Klaus was here." Caroline bit the bottom of her lips and looked away. Betty notice this.

"I bet Caroline knows he was here." Betty made it sound like she laced Caroline's name with hate. Damon glared at Caroline waiting for an explanation. This is what Caroline didn't like.

"I don't need to explain myself to you," she barked. "You already took my freedom of going where the hell I want, are you going to take my freedom of talking to whoever I want?"

Damon sighed at her dramatic performance.

"I just don't think he's the right company for you."

"Oh and Betty is. Tell me, how many sex orgies have you guy had?" They both look away. "Hm? Oh ok." And with that she stormed towards the car and refused to talk to either one of them for the rest of the day.
