What happens when 2 vampire's mate? Well of course they have a child. But thousands of years ago, back in the early days, there was an order of vampire's, all children of the non-bitten known as Half Pure Bloods. When a Child is born into the world as a vampire from two non-bitten parents instead of being bitten turns into something much greater, they become what are known as Vampire Shaman's.
The blood of a shaman has multiple properties such as healing ability's, seeing into the future, and giving another vampire heightened ability's. But before this can happen they must go through a ritual that allows them too become a full vampire. Until then, the blood from a half pure blood, Is something much more addictive then the blood of a shaman. Vampires who drink from the pure half blooded offspring, instead of receiving the abilities from shaman blood
for a short time, a different affect takes place, it heightens the senses,
dramatically, you could say, they get high. As when a pure half blood is on the verge of becoming a shaman they are given too an order dedicated vampire guardians to protecting them till their 18th's birthday.
They are known as the "Order of the half moon" A group of vampires bitten under a full moon or a half moon. The Half pure-blood is placed in a family of half moon's, and protected too their 18th birthday, then are taken too a sacred breeding ground, where they ascend too become a full vampire, thus becoming a shaman at the cost of their vision. But if the half pure blood Looses his/Her Virginity, their pure blood becomes soiled, and the on their 18th birthday they are either killed by their own body, or become a regular vampire. If the half pure blood doesn't ascend in-time in the sacred breeding grounds, a Different effect is forced upon. Their blood property's reverse. They become a full blooded vampire, but their blood becomes poisonous to other
vampires. And unlike other vampires who need to feed off humans to survive, and unlike shamans who need not feed but on them self's to survive, they feed off the blood of other vampires.
They where given the name of Crusnik; the vampire who feeds off other vampires.
This was the ancient history dating back before humanity itself. But as years pass, Covens grew more distant from each other, Forgetting the sacred rules and ways. A single coven Moved against the council. Capturing every single half pure blood, draining them of their blood,
and keeping them prisoner for breeding to create more, when the council had found of this they reacted quickly killing everyone, including the half bloods.
In killing half pure bloods, the Half moon order moved against the council too bring them down, for it goes against the sacred laws, and thus the war of vampires began,
a war that went on for years and too this day continues, But as the years passed All the half pure bloods where wiped out, either from other vampires sucking them dry, or the council killing them. Along with the half moon order, as the number of half pure bloods decreased many began too doubt their duties. Some switched sides, others remained true. In a single attack the council rose up and wiped out the last majority of the half moon order, including the last known shaman to existence. It is against the law now to have a half pure blood child. And anyone who does shall be executed along with the child. With the lack of guidance from shamans the feeding grounds for vampire covens expanded, More humans where fed on. More vampires had forgotten about the sacred rules, and became more defile and like animals.
Our story begins with a girl, Age 16, Born into a seemingly normal family. A mom and a dad whom love all with great passion, She has a normal life, Good grades, friends, But it all changes when she bumps into a stranger while walking too school one day, Something that not only changes her fate for the rest of her life, but the fate of vampires for the rest of eternity.
