Part 9

Third Person's POV
Next morning, classes were suspended but they called all the students out for a trip to a trip to a city they had never heard of before probably to ease the students. They said they planned it long ago and students were still in shock. The quality of the trip would be based on their positions in the last test. They had 2 Hours to pack clothes and other things. Once they came back, Class-D got onto a plane, Class-B got on a boat, Class-C got on 3 vans, and Class-A got on a public bus. Student still gossip about the new secretary and the student council president. They had a dorm system for those that don't cooperate well with others or are just shy in general. They soon arrived at the destination.

Kinozaka's POV
This was a suprising trip. They handed out a bunch of papers strictly forbiding students to be outside past 9:30PM. There was also this dorm system. I don't know how they grouped students, but, atleast we know who our temporary dorm mates are. Our dorms were superior to the others since we won. They said this girl made them win, but, The girl was obviously being used. I go to my dorm and see that Airi is my roommate. Oh, so thats how they grouped students. Airi was very clumsy and very fussy. Not suprisingly, though. She started unpacking early and so did I. I look at my watch after I unpack. 7:24PM.  I help Airi unpack. We didn't make much progress with her breaking almost everything, though.  We finished in about an hour. I realize I hadn't yet seen the city much so I decided to invite Airi for a walk until 9PM.
I knock on her dorm and she answers almost immediately.
Airi: "Yes?"
Me: "Do you want to come with me for a walk?"
Airi: "S-sure..."
We put on our shoes and go outside. It was really bright and pretty. The facilities were filled with students. The school may have fooled the others, but, It seems this is also an exam. I'm sure this is to work on some students' social skills and cooperation. I was lost in my train of thought until Airi suddenly spoke up. "K-Kinozaka?.." she says. "Oh, sorry. I was thinking about something." I reply. I look at my watch and tell her that its time to go back to the dorm room now. We head back to the dorm. It was a close call, as it was almost 9:30PM. I was getting kind of hungry, so I looked in the fridge. There was a bunch of healthy, nutritious, balanced meals. I took one as it was pre-prepared by the school. I go to the living room and eat while watching any show that was on TV. After a while, I hear violent banging on the door. I open it as random, masked people jump me and push me to the wall. Unlike my brother, Kiyotaka, I was not allowed to exert myself as it will deplete my life span because of my condition. They start to restrict me. I didn't shout or cry. All I did was glare. They start searching the rooms and eventually found Airi. They restricted her too and threw her into the same corner of the room I was pushed to. I start observing them. Most of them were talking in the back. I couldn't make out what they said and some were guarding us. I saw a watch on one of them. 9:30PM. I started to calm down as I wait for the guards to get distracted. When they were, I told Airi to calm down without making any sound. We just had to survive for 30 minutes. Thats all.
