The next day I pass Neko in the hall. He stopped. His dark mysterious brown eyes lock with mine. We sit there for what feels like forever. I feel my face begin to feel hot and sweaty. Suddenly Riya runs up from behind me and grabs my arm, swinging me around. Neko quickly turns around and dashes toward the stairs. "WASN'T THAT FUN LAST NIGHT?!" she screams in enjoyment. "shhhh! Keep your voice down Riya!!!" I exclaim, hoping no one heard and misunderstood.

She continues to talk about last night runaway. I can't hear what she says. In fact I can't hear anything. My mind wouldn't shut up. But this time it wasn't focused  on a million different things. It was focused on one thing. One person I should say.

The time flew by. I didn't even realized the bell rang 10 minutes ago. I came back to reality and looked around. I missed my homeroom. I start to run towards the stairs when something bumps into me right before I step on the first step. I dropped my bag and put the palm of my hand on to my forehead, which was now beating with a terrible headache.

I squeeze out a sorry and rush towards my bag. A familiar hand reached down and helped me up. "N-neko?!" I realize HE was the one I bump into. My brain instantly was rushed by thoughts. "helllllo?" He yells at me, waving his hand in front of my eyes. I blink as I realize what was going on. "oh- uhm- sorry heh-" Oh god why did I laugh?! "listen, I was about to leave." he tells me "wanna come?"

"eh?!" I shockenly say

"Just follow me." Before I could respond Neko grabs my hand and pulls me to the exit. Right before we left the building, Neko turns to the fire alarm on the left side at the door. He then turns toward me and smiles. "w-" Neko didn't let me finish, instead he pulled the fire alarm and rush out the two doors, dragging me with him.

All we could hear was a big commotion of confused students and angry teachers. Neko lets go of my hand, I follow him all the way until we reached the bridge we hid at when the shooter came to the fair. I started to realize this was my 3 time running. Damn. My parents are going to kill me.
