Ibis Paint X: my phone, my fingers.
Some has fan art some has most of my ocs or random made people.

The answer is bish no.
Okay maybe, But It's One of Horror's Persona, aka Justice who is a forgotten Persona at that time until the land of Order has rise.
And Justice doesn't have the spider tentacles(I'm going to call Horror's back stabbing thing that because it works just like spider legs yet different, aka Spider-ma, lol no)
Land of Order is a pure land or alley, making Justice either kind of rude.
The papers he's holding are the captive of the illusion(And yes, It's from Xtale or Underverse, and it's coming from alphys)
