Once they got to the hospital, all the staff that was still there ran around panicked until they found a room. The doctor and nurse quickly guided the bed that Sally was on into the designated room and started to get for a surgery. Right as they were ready, the nurse saw Sally sitting upright in the bed.
"Sally, please lie back down, you're going to hurt yourself," the nurse said. Sally didn't move a muscle.
"We're only trying to help you," the doctor assured her. Suddenly the doctor and nurse didn't hear the steady beat of heart monitor. Instead they heard a long, annoying beep. Their eyes widened as they looked back at the little girl.
"How can you help," Sally started, "when I'm already dead!"
The doctor and nurse, terrified of what they heard, each grabbed a scalpel from the tray. They had scratches Sally's arms in a couple of places, but that didn't phase her. Sally ended up using a needle to kill both of them. It was quick and bloodless. When she came out of the room, Carter was outside waiting for her. For those who wonder why she still carries around this little bear. Yes, her father gave it to her, but it holds the little innocence that Sally may still have.
Once no one was in sight, Sally ran outside into the darkness of night. Holding Carter in her arms, she bolted towards the woods in only socks and a pink night gown. Her legs got cut from the thorns going into the woods and dirt covered the bottom of her socks and some of her nightgown. She stopped and started crying for no apparent reason. She felt the drops on her wrist, but instead of clear salty tears, she saw blood. This made her cry even more than before. Carter tried to comfort her, but the little bear did nothing. Carter then heard crunching of leaves and saw a tall...thing. It had a white face with no features, a suit and tie, and long arms and tentacles protruding from it's back. Sally turned around, and looked up at the thing. She didn't bother to wipe her eyes...she thought it made her look scarier or at least more intimidating.
"Hello there, child..." the thing said in a deepish voice.
"Who are you?" Sally asked the thing pointing the tip of her knife at him.
"Do not fret, little one. I'm here to take care of you."
"You didn't answer my question," Sally said as menacingly as possible. "Who. Are. You."
"Who I am? Why, I am Slenderman."
