While Yugi is packing up for his yet again new journey, Yami is thinking tight about the new saying. Something was wrong about the first line, 'bonding could do something more?' Does that mean they are missing something?

Yugi sighed at the Pharaoh, ever since him and Seto Kaiba started to get along with each other he was given a card. A card that could make Yamis spirit come to life, just like Solid Vision with mass but he never used it, he just felt like they've been through together so much and never complained about being split up or not in the same body. A change didn't feel right to him

"Yami, What's got you so thoughtful?" The Pharaoh didn't look at him, being deep in thought

"Atem?" That didn't work either so he did the only thing he could and moved closer to him

"My Pharaoh, it seems as Yugi has walked away from you, can I have your attention now?" Just like he thought, he chuckled when Yamis eyes darkened and he looked over his shoulder and turned to the person who dared to say that his partner has vanished

"Yugi! How dare you scare me like that!?" Yugi just giggled at his reaction, while Yami glared at him

"That's not funny, you know I couldn't live with myself if you honestly did vanish from my life" Yugi nodded in understanding as Yami turned the other way and sulked

"I would hug you for being cute but then I would pass through air" Yami growled

"I'm not cute! I'm vicious and dangerous!"

"Sure you are Yami, sure you are" Yami growled again

"Why don't you ever believe me?! I am ferocious!" Yugi climbed in the bed and sat on his knees in front of Yami

"Because you, my Pharaoh are not only dangerous partly but for me you are cute" Yamis heart fluttered at that but he ignored it

"Why don't you use the card Kaiba gave you? Then instead of being a spirit I can finally be real" Yugi sighed, he hated talking about this

"Because Yami, after all we've been through we never complained about sharing the same body, we pretty much like each other's presence and you help me when I need it. It just doesn't sound right, why change it now? I mean, we get along well even though we're in one body and if we use the card there won't be time where we need to get you sealed inside of me again. The card is one life thing, we use it and there's no going back, you'll be forever a human being"

Yami listened as his partner explained his reasoning, it was true Kaiba made a first time thing, they don't know if he can make a copy out of a original but Yugi doesn't want to risk it

"Why don't you ask Kaiba? If he can create the thing he can make a copy?"

"That's true but I can't risk it, he might want to make a copy so he can duel you personally because he has more respect for you as your cousin. To be honest he's been getting soft ever since he started to hang out with Joey more, I wonder if that's the reason he made the card?" Yami laughed and grabbed his hands in his, even though they can't feel each other's that didn't stop him

"Let's not think about it. But yes, as his rival it is made for him to try and duel me until he beats me. But let's not use the card then, if you don't feel comfortable with making me real partner then I respect it" Yugi shook his head

"It's not that I don't want you to have Solid Vision with mass it's just that, it doesn't feel right to do it this soon. I feel like the time where we'll need to use it is not anytime soon. We'll keep the card close to us" Yami nodded, forgetting he was holding his hand and Yugi didn't even realise so they agreed that Yugi will pack his stuff and Yami will go look for a movie or show to pass the time
