Yugi won't be in school for another day so, when he woke up the next morning he felt like he was missing something so he entered his mind to look for Yami. When he opened the door to his room he was confused to say the least when seeing Yami talk to a silver haired boy with green highlights

"I think I missed a lot here. Could maybe one of you explain what's going on?" The boy turned around and Yugi gasped

"I know you! But wait... where's Yuya you're not him and how are you even here you're from the future" Yami looked at Zarc stern to explain

"You must be one of the best he once met. Well you see we were sent here by Reiji, a new Duelist to save the world again would be here so he wanted all of us to come and help out, he used the Dimensional transport device and set it up on this timeline. For me, I'm not Yuya I'm his original form" Yugi eyes turn hard

"So that means you're the demonic entertaining Duelist that I heard about. If Yuya is here then that means... Yuto, Yugo and Yuri is here too!" He pointed out excited and Zarc nodded

"Tell me one thing, no two! Did Yuto and Yuya get together? Same with Yugo and Yuri?" Zarc chuckled and nodded, Yugi squealed and began to jump up and down

"No way!" Yami chuckle and stood up to swing his arms over his partners shoulders

"How do you know them Yugi? If you know them then I should too" Yugi head snapped to Yami

"Oh! I met them once when I accidentally found an unknown duel monsters card, it teleported me to the future where I saw Layra battle Zarc who took the form of Yuya in his demonic form. I was also there when he had a battle with Jack to make Zarc smile so his soul wouldn't be free again to cause chaos but that didn't work either. The best duel so far was the one when Yuya had a rematch with Reiji, his monsters were purified especially Starving Venom. Not only they made Zarc smile but Yuya became a professional entertaining Duelist" Yami stared at Yugi wide eyes without blinking

"Yes all of that happened. I honestly didn't expect for Yuya to emerge two of the heavenly dragons to form a much stronger monster. The way he used the gate cards and how he made it more entertaining with the action cards of the 5 rainbow pendulum monster. It was indeed one of the best duels I have ever seen" Yami smiled warmly

"Then when we knew how to get Yugi back we used that teleport to get here a few weeks ago" Yami nodded

"So a lot of things happened since I've been gone. You keep on surprising me partner" Yugi gave him a big smile making him blush without knowing

Yugi then frowned

"Are you sick Yami?" He innocently pressed the back of his palm against his forehead while Zarc watched with a smirk

"No. Why are you asking?" Yugi hummed

"Well, you're really red, I thought you might have a cold but your temperature isn't that high...." Yami looked at him confused, completely oblivious that when Yugi started to get closer his cheeks became more red

"Umm Yugi, Yui has been knocking on your door for some time now. It's better if you leave now" when Yugi pulled away Yami unexpectedly sighed in relief

"You're right. It was nice to see you! Now you Yami, next time I'm getting a better look at you, you must have been sick" Yami nodded and then Yugi walked from the room to be teleported back into reality. Zarc turned to Yami with a smirk

"Now you can't deny it" Yami gave him a confused look

"Deny what?"

"Don't be silly, everyone could see your feelings for him" Zarc chuckled
