I follow her into the forest of the strange island that is now my home. Why did she change her mind so fast? That is a question I don't think will ever be answered. She moves so swift, like a raven flying through the air, so fast that it's sometimes hard to catch up with her. We eventually get to the Hut. Right away she started to pick up wood, leaves, and vines. I helped her gather and tie knots. She taught me how to weave a vine blanket, fix holes in the hut, and taught me how to hunt for dinner. She's useful. I wonder why she didn't find a way off of this island. Maybe she loved it too much to leave? Or maybe she didn't want to return to her home because of something in the past.
