Elena was at home waiting for Jeremy to come back so she could fill him in "elena" jer said "her that you?" elena asked "yes elena its me" Jeremy said "what happened to your face?" Jeremy asked "I slept with klaus last night damon found out and hit me and I broke up with him" elena said Jeremy was furious at damon "I'm going to kill him" Jeremy said "don't I don't want you to get hurt jer" elena said "Elena I'm a hunter I can easily take damon down without breaking a sweat" Jeremy said "I know jer it's not that stefan will be with him" elena said.

At the house Damon was all packed when Elijah came in "Damon where do you think your going?" Elijah asked "I'm leaving before your brother gets to me" Damon said "which one kol Finn or Niklaus?" Elijah asked with an eyebrow raised "klaus" Damon said "I see Elijah has beaten me to it" klaus said Damon looked in fear in fear in case klaus was there to kill him "don't look so worried Damon I'm not going to kill you yet" klaus said Damon looked confused "Damon stefan came to my house and begged me to let you stay i agreed in one condition" klaus said "w w w what's the condition?" Damon asks "you never go near elena or Jeremy ever again" klaus said "what if I do?" Damon challenged back klaus took a step forward he was right in front of Damon now "it will be my greatest pleasure to kill you Damon" klaus said "ok I agree to your condition" Damon said "but I might watch your back" kol said "why?" stefan asks " I was walking past the Gilbert's house I heard little Gilbert saying that he going to kill you Damon for hitting elena" kol said just at that moment Jeremy walked into the house
