Marauders headcannon

Note : this headcannon is NOT mine, I just thought it was really funny sooooo yeah. Hope you enjoy!

It was the third week of school and 1st year Remus Lupin
could not be more anxious.

He had a stammer which the Slytherins took the mick out of. He had no friends because he was top of all his classes and was considered a "nerd." Since he was taller than the average student, many assumed that he was older and when they learned he wasn't a 2nd year, also picked fun at him.

He couldn't even relax in the Gryffindor common room or dorms because everyone was always there. He could only relax at night, when everyone was asleep and no-one was staring.

Tonight though was different. He had woken from a terrible nightmare and couldn't drift back to sleep.

So he slowly padded out the door, downstairs and into the kitchen. He got himself a glass of water and slowly sipped it, trying to forget his nightmare.

About an hour later, Remus felt relaxed enough to go back to bed. As he was walking towards the stairs, he didn't notice a small coffee table in the way.

BANG!!!!!

"FUCKSHITBITCH!!!!" The string of swears flowed from his mouth almost naturally. His stutter had completely disappeared.

Remus fell to the floor nursing his foot when he heard to pairs of hands slowly clapping.

He looked up and there were the James Potter and Sirius Black, the coolest prankster duo in school, wide-eyed and mouths gaping at him. Remus had never felt so much embarrassment in his life.

"W-Wow. Who would've guessed that teachers pet Remus Lupin would have such a dirty mouth?" James wondered aloud, smirking at his best friend.

"NOT MEEEEE!!!!!!" Sirius all but screamed, smile quickly covering his previous expression.

"H-How long have y-you been th-there?" Remus asked, still beet red.

"Long enough to see your not as innocent as everyone believes!" James laughed as he and Sirius helped Remus to his feet.

*Omfg!!! The Troublesome Two are talking to me! ME! I was told to stay away from them but they don't seem rude at all. Hmmmmm...*Whilst Remus was inducting his inner monologue, James and Sirius had got him over to the couch and were trying to get his attention.

"OI LUPIN!!!!!" They simultaneously shouted, making Remus almost die of shock.

"Hm?!Yeah?!"

"Good. Thought we'd gave to shock you."James laughed.

"We were trying to ask you something mate." Sirius stated.

"Oh. S-sorry. What w-was it?"

In unison, the Troublesome Two grinned at each other and asked ,"Do you like pranks?"

On that day, Remus not only gained two friends, he gained two brothers.
