“You really are a monster!” I exclaim, trembling due to shock and fear. “You’re a deceitful murderer, but you’re also my friend, my only friend...” I sigh, trying to stop the trembling. “You’re cruel, heartless... I don’t know what I should do about you, I don’t know how to get rid of you...”
From that day on I found ways to live with the mouth, to help it see reason. Currently we live together peacefully, but I know the peace is only temporary. If I ever let my hair grow long, or if I ever drop my guard it will try to control me once more. Although it is just a temporary fix, it still feels extremely good for to have tamed the monster that is a part of me.
