In the blink of an eye, it was already midday.
Time was running much faster than she had actually expected when they were together. She was having her best time in the world. But, she was not gonna tell him that.
Both were hella exhausted. Avni had the pleasure of having her favorite chicken biriyani at her beloved restaurant, after countless days.

He was making so hard not to fall more for him. She didn't know she could ever fall more. But, he was so going to change that today.
They entered a tiny-cozy restaurant and chose the corner booth to sit.
Privacy, duh!
Meanwhile, a waitress came to them to take the order. Avni glanced up at her and scowled in annoyance when she saw her ogling neil shamelessly.
Avni cleared her throat once.
No response!
She took a long breath and cleared her throat once again to gain the attention of that waitress who was hitting on her neil.
Nope. Nada!
But, this time neil looked at her and smirked in understanding.
Avni was fuming till then and slammed her hand on the table so that only she can hear and snapped "Eyes over here, lady!"
When the waitress gained her senses, flushed and looked at avni, she just smiled at her not so sweetly and said "My boyfriend and I came here for the first time. So, can you please suggest something delicious and probably the signature dish?"
That waitress jaw dropped and gave a hating glance to avni which didn't go unnoticed by neil.
But, he knew better than interfering when her lady love is fuming.
Neil was trying hard not to laugh as he glanced at his love who was so cute with her red-fuming face.
After having some fun with the waitress who had the audacity to eye her man, they gave the order and blabbered about the stuff in the office.
Meanwhile, the food was served and being famished they both immediately dig into the biriyani and savored it.
Neil was mesmerized to see her eating so freely. She didn't even bother that he would think something of her appetite, or even worse judge her.
Because she knew he wouldn't. She trusts him enough to know he would never judge her as some stereotypic crack-head homo sapiens.
And, she would be damned if she chose to suffer her tummy because of these judgemental souls. Anyone who thinks she has a large appetite, well you know what, let them go to hell. Who cares!
And, importantly they aren't the ones paying for her food. It's her money. She earned it with her skill. And, She could spend it the way she would like it too.
And, neil loved that she was very much comfortable in front of him. And that shows she trusts him enough.
Well, that's what he wants.
After feeding their tummy, the same waitress was arrived and gave them the bill. Watching neil and avni fighting like dogs after who should pay the bill, she was satisfied and a smirk took place to her face. Avni, who was watching this was not ready to back up to either.
Neil was hers and at the same time, this is the 21st century for god's sake and women can pay their own bills without anyone's help. She couldn't sacrifice her self-respect or alter ego.
Avni pouted sadly and drifted to her land pondering what to do. Neil, who was observing silently everything is ready to help his lady love out of this distress that causing her pretty face to frown.
He slowly approached to the other side of the booth: where avni was sitting and asked "Scoot over, baby"
Avni gaped at him but did as he said.
Next move, he thought and placed his hand on her shoulder and grabbed avni close. Avni was shocked, would be an understatement. The sudden invasion of his cologne was making her lose her senses as she closed her eyes and sniffed him secretly. Knowling the effect he had on her, a huge grin plastered on his face and looked at the lady who made his avni sad.
"Love, let me pay. Just this time, okay?" he added quickly so that he wouldn't face the wrath of his lady don.
Avni who was filled with a red hue just nodded her head, not bothering to respond.
Neil gave his credit card to that waitress and said "Thank you. My girl loved the food and so did I" he said looking at his avni lovingly and gave a huge kiss on her forehead.
The waitress who was looking at him now looked at them with admiration and said "You both are a lovely couple. God bless you." she said and left making Avni's jaw dropped.
Neil looked at avni and thought how could a woman be so cute while blushing? Oh, how he loved to make her blush!
Avni glanced up at him and thought, how could a man be so perfect that he could read her insecurities and thoughts so easily? How did she get so lucky!
Grinning at her, he stood up and placed his hand upfront in a hope that she would take his hand without any fit. She just smiled looking at the most amazing entity she has come across and slipped her hand in his without thinking once.
Together, they resumed to their next destination.
It's been, so very long, i know. I really really apologize. i have been caught up with many things and we went on a tour. It has zero signals over there. So, i apologize if you didn't get replies.
