When Hakuryuu first came to Sindria, he was expecting everything except meeting his childhood friend, (Y/n) there, of course, he was glad to be able to meet her again, though finding her in Sindria, a close friend of the King and the advisor of the country was quite shocking to say the least, and that shock was certainly displayed when he saw her causally conversing with the generals at the palace, and upon realising that they knew each other, the king of Sindria, Sinbad, had decided that she'd be the one to ease him into Sindria's lifestyle and culture, seeing as it differed greatly to that of Kou's, and who better to do that then someone who grew up in Kou. Well, that was what brought the young prince to current situation he was in.

"And that over there would be the crop fields, usually full and plentiful of crops all year round to help- uh, prince Hakuryuu? Hey, prince Hakuryuu? You are listening right?"

"Hmm? A-ah! Yes, sorry." Hakuryuu glanced over at the (H/c) female who was supposed to be showing him around, and she was of course, just the black haired male was struggling to keep continuous attention to her words, Gods it embarrassed him too, a prince of Kou, barely able to keep attention when someone was going out of their way to show them around!

The (h/c) female giggled at his response, "That's good, but are you alright? you keep zoning out." (Y/n) pointed out, shaking her head. "You really should learn to pay attention you know, what if I just said something important and you didn't listen." The (h/c) female tsked at him, finding amusement in his flustered expression, "bad hakuryuu, bad."

Hakuryuu rubbed his nape, "Sorry." Despite his flustered stance he couldn't help but smile, she had finally dropped formalities, even if just accidentally. (Y/n) hummed, smiling at him sweetly as she gently grasped his hand in hers, causing his blush to redden at the intimacy.

"Well then, I can take you down to the open flower fields! It's so beautiful down there!" The (h/c) female chirped as she lead Hakuryuu and herself down the winding paths of Sindria, it would be clear to anyone that she knew what she was doing, well, it was only natural, she had lived in Sindria for multiple years now.

Yes, that fact was almost enough to make the scarred prince frown, his friend- or rather, former friend, had ran off when she was in her young teens, away from the oppressive social system of Kou's nobility when she had received news of a arranged marriage, that was what Hakuryuu could recall anyway, he had assumed she was off living her best life in another country and ironically he was right, though his image of her with a family wasn't as correct as he imaged.

(Y/n) didn't necessarily had a family of her own no, but her Sindria group of friends definitely seemed and treated her as family, 'Sindria group' being the King and generals of Sindria, of course. Gods, they were closer then even he and her were as children, despite not knowing each other as long, and was that making him jealous?
