Marinette woke up feeling amazing and pretty sore from last night.
She shifted towards Adrien and put her head on his chest with her eyes still closed, listening to the even pace of his breathing.
'Morning.' She heard.
She had to admit he spooked her a little but hearing his voice made her feel safe.
'Morning sleepy head, fever gone down a bit?' She said, still very sleepy.
'Well, beter then yesterday, but still not gone.'
She smiled at his comment, feeling relieved to hear he was doing better.
She hugged him tight, never wanting this moment to stop.
This is all she ever dreamed about, being here, with Adrien.
Sleeping WITH him was never really part of the plan, that was just a deep desire that she hid very deep in her heart never letting it out in case she did even stupider around Adrien, as if that's possible.
But knowing that he accepted her has allowed her to really come loose around him.
Like REALLY loose.
Marinette was struck from thought as Adrien moved out of bed, leaving her alone.
'Where are you going?' Marinette asked with a smile.
'Asking Natalie to make us some breakfast and hope father never finds out what we did last night, sleeping over sound better then sleeping with each other.' He said grinning.
'I guess i should put my clothes on then?'
'Would be a good idea.' Adrien said as he walked out.
Marinette got out of bed as soon as she spotted her clothing.
She quickly put her clothing back on and went into the bathroom to fix her hair, and fix whatever was left of her make-up.
It was all runny so it took some time, but then she heard a female voice speak up from the hallway.
'Adrien, you can't just have girls sleep over like that, you know what your father thinks about uninvited company , you will have to ask her to leave... NOW!' Marinette heard Natalie say.
'No Natalie! I've done everything to make father happy, but what has he done for me? Give me a pen for my birthday?! I mean, he really thought i would never invite people over? I can't do this anymore Natalie! I'm lonely and Marinette understands me, she helps me and makes me feel happy again!' Adrien said.
Marinette just stood there, in the bathroom, listening to there heated fight.
She felt sorry for Adrien, she could hear the sadness in his voice, and apperantly, so did Natalie as she finally agreed to make breakfast, but still tell his father a girl slept over.
Then she heard the door open.
She saw Adrien there, shaking. He was on the verge of crying.
He looked up at Marinette and a tear rolled down his cheek.
She quickly ran over to him and gave him a hug, and he didn't hesitate to hug back.
'It's going to be okay.' She said reassuring.
'Thanks Mari.' He said and hugged her tigher.
She loved this feeling, of him holding on to her, like he couldn't live without her.
Then suddenly, the door bursr open and a very angry Gabriel stood in the doorway.
We quickly pulled away, but for some reason, when he looked at Adrien, his anger faded away.
You looked at Adrien and noticed his red, puffy, and teary eyes.
Your eyes widened, you never saw him like that, i mean, you knew he was sad, but he never really showed it, he just hid it and pretended to be fine.
Without thinking you grabbed his hand and he held onto it very tight.
Gabriel didn't know what to do, he just stared at us, not knowing what to do.
And as quickly as he came in, he went away, leaving bot Marinette as Adrien very surprised.
They expected him to yell at them, tell her to go home and ban her from ever coming back, but he just left.
'Let's go outside for a bit, i'm a little nausious.' He said, trembling a bit.
Without answering you pulled him out of his room and outside where it was raining.
You grabbed an umbrella and started moving towards the park where a bench was peacefully waiting for you.
No one was in the park but you two, in the rain, holding a umbrella.
You held on to each other tightly as you heard the rain dripping on the umbrella.
You could just sit there forever.
But then,
You heard a camera.
