BETREYAL(Completed)

PROLOGUE

Arnav was sitting in the train station waiting for a train to come. he could not believe that the son of the Raizada family will be sitting here ever, but life had taught him a lesson and he learned it the hard way. The family he fought for and worked hard for betrayed him. especially his father, he can understand others but not his father he had thought that he would stood up for him but he also failed as a father because he loved his wife and other children more than him.

His father would support them and not him even his timid cousin akash had became aggressive and went as far as calling him an outsider and that hurt him because he always had supported him even when he got married to payal it was him who convinced the family but today he showed his true colors, his dadi only pretended to love him but deep inside him he knew and he could see how different she treated him from her other grandchildren but today he saw the venom of hate in her eyes and that hurt him.

He was sitting remembering all the things he did for his family even bringing Raizada industries to its current position thought he never took credit for it and never wanted to be in the news he simply worked and his father took the credit and he was happy that he is doing it for his family, but all he got was betrayal from them and the only one person who helped him was the faithful servant Hp who gave him some money to take a train to go to Mumbai were his nani Resided because the Raizada left him with nothing and told him to leave the house in the middle of the night and he had no money at that time. When they threw him out of the house he did not argue he just left without taking anything, he went to the station and he boarded the train and left for Mumbai leaving everything he knew and worked hard for to the people who are greedy and only think of themselves only.

Arnav was the only son of ratna and arvind Singh Raizada and his mother died when he was only 9 then his father married a women called Mohini and she had three kids, Anjali ,druv and pari and that's when he found out that his father had another family and it was the reason his mother suffered after finding out about the betreyal of her "so called friend and husband " as it caused her depression till she died .

Anjali was friendly with him and he became close to her and would call her "DI".

His stepmother concentrated more on druv and pari, she had never really showed love to him like anjali did for him but as they say " blood is thicker than water" and now even anjali whom he loved also betrayed him.

Arvind had an arranged marriage with ratna who was the daughter of his father's friend but his mother never liked her because she came from a middle class family and because she wanted a bahu who was from a rich family and ratna did not fit that criteria for divyani ,Mohini was the woman she wanted her son to marry as she was her friend subhedra's daughter but she could not go against her husband saw she agreed to the marriage.

time went by arvind started having an affair with Mohini who was his partner and childhood friend and at that time arnav's mother ratna never knew anything.

Two years went by ratna got pregnant and divyani went to consult a priest to see if she will give birth to a boy or a girl and she found out that it was a girl and asked ratna to abort it but she refused and in order to save her child she paid a doctor at the hospital and the doctor told divyani that ratna had a miscarriage and with that excuse she went to Mumbai and gave birth to her daughter and left her with her mother who was happy to take care of the child and after 2 years ratna was not able to conceive and it made his dadi to taunt her and at the other side Mohini gave birth to angali.

Finally after three years ratna got pregnant and gave birth to arnav and she loved her son very much but she could also not forget her daughter whom she named shivani and she kept her a secret for her safety and she never went to Mumbai to check on her and that really hurt her and shortly after that the joy did not last long when she got to know about her husband's affair and that the woman was Mohini.

what hurt her the most was they had became friends since she was her husband's business partner. ratna became depressed but she still took care of her son arnav who became her world when her husband left her and went to stay with his mistress and that was the thing that killed her. arnav was left without a mother and after his mother's death his father came back with Mohini and he was told she is his mother now and as young as he was he accepted it but his nani tried to take him but arvind and divyani refused to let him go and finally his nani gave up because she had no means to fight with them and they have money and they will take care of him better than she could but she kept contact with him over the years and she would also visit him once a year but without Raizada knowing anything.

Now he is going to Mumbai to stay with his nani shanti Singh Rajput who is his pillar of support even though they lived far away from each other, arnav loved his nani and would call her everyday but he never had visited her because of the Raizada.

When shanti had learned what the Raizada did to his grandson she was angry and disappointed that they did not trust him after everything he has done for then and they thanked him by throwing him out of the house and company and the only thing she could do was to weep for him and wait for him to come.

She remembered how her daughter suffered at the hands of the Raizada but she could not do anything as she had no way of taking care of her daughter who was depressed because of her husband's affair and ratna had insisted on staying at Raizada mansion for the sake of her son arnav and she did not want to be a burden on her as she was a widow and did not have enough money to take care of her and arnav as she was also looking after her daughters and the only money she got was pension money from her late husband who worked for the government and now arnav will be with her and she is happy about it and now even her mother's secret that she kept from him will be revealed but she was sure that arnav will understand.
