Today one of the Raizada grandson was getting married and it was all over the news as the Raizada are one of the famous families in Delhi.

Druv Singh Raizada was getting married to sheetel Mehta the only daughter of ashish Mehta a business mogul who just returned back to India a few years ago and was one of arvind's friends and now their kids were getting married and even their business were merging which was also making headlines in the business world as these was gonna make Raizada industries to be of the top companies.

Divyani pov

Divyani Singh Raizada was sitting in the chair watching her grandkids preparing for the marriage she was happy, for years she had fought to keep the family intact, divyani came from a well to do family and got married when she was still young. She was from a family that believed in lineage and family status but for Raizada it was not like that they treated everyone with respect be it they are maids or gardeners they were respected by them and for her it was difficult to adjust to their life style and she told herself that her kids will know the value of lineage and status in this world and that is how she raised her sons with that mentality but Dev her husband never agreed with her thinking to him all people are equal be it they are poor or rich and he tried to make her understand but he failed and at the end her thinking over powered him and even his sons turned to be like their mother.

She hated Dev's bestfriend aditiya Singh Rajput because he was from a middle class family and the only good thing was that he lived in Mumbai but they kept in contact.

As she looked at her grandkids she could not believe she had achieved what she set out to do the day her husband brought that middle class girl as her daughter in-law, she had refused the alliance even arvind too refused to marry the girl but Dev threaten them and they had to agree but inwardly she was angry and started to plot her destruction.

It was not long that she realise that ananya was not easily fooled but she was actually smart for an illiterate middle class girl, but she did not give up. she got an opportunity when Annaya got pregnant at first she was angry with her son for impregnating her but she thought to use it at her advantage and she told her in Raizada family a boy should be born first and if it is a girl in her womb then the baby should be aborted and to her good fortune ananya was carrying a baby girl and she tried to convince her to abort it but she refused and she went as far as putting abortion pills in her food but nothing happened and to her fortune again ananya had a miscarriage.

Few days after ananya's miscarriage she decided she wanted to go to Mumbai to stay with her mother for a while and when she was in Mumbai grieving for her dead child, arvind decided to secretly marrie Mohini with his mother's blessings and without his father's knowledge.

She had also wanted her other two sons to marry her friend subhedra's ather daughters but Dev was against it and this time it was her who threatened him and finally he agreed but Dev had decided to wait until ananya returns which divyani did not like but finally she was able to convince him not to wait for her and the marriage took place.

Soon after Mohini give birth to angali and divyani got what she wanted a child from Mohini. but when it comes to Mohini it did not matter to her if the child was a girl, the aim was that the first Raizada grandchild was from her.

Few years later Annaya got pregnant again and this time she gave birth to arnav and Dev was happy but to divyani arnav was a thorn in her flesh firstly he was a boy and secondly her husband was contemplating leaving everything to him as he is the first grandson of the family but she was able to divert him by asking him to divide his properties among their sons as to avoid conflict in the future.
