Part 1: Dark to Darkness : The dusk at dawn.

Dialga, Palkia, Giratina watching all of this tried waking up Arceus. Arceus couldn't be awaken.

The trio decide to kill Mewtwo. They come to Earth. They use flash cannon, Dragon tail and shadow ball. However, Mewtwo avoids all the attacks.

Giratina takes the orb and calls Arceus. But Arceus isn't awaken. Giratina, in emergency, smashes the orb. Arceus is woken up.

Arceus misinterprets that Giratina's this act eas inhuman. Arceus, in a fit of rage, does something unexpected.

It takes Giratina's powers back and proceeds to kill it. Mewtwo, seeing this becomes joyful. Arceus kills Giratina. Mewtwo, thinking that it was the right time, attacks Arceus in such a way that Arceus starts to bleed. Arceus was on the verge of dying. As Arceus was fading, Dialga and Palkia started to fade too. The time couldn't be controlled. It was day in night, dusk at dawn.

The tears of Dialga, Palkia fall on Arceus's wounds. Arceus regains power.

Arceus regrets killing Giratina and looks at his dead body.

Giratina returns as a ghost. A ghost pokemon.. The combined attacks of Arceus, Dialga, Palkia and Giratina hurts Mewtwo.

It started to rain.
