Hollow: The unforgettable Morning

         I'm laying on my bed, trying to block out the yelling and the screaming from my parents. But what I'm doing is what I do every day. My name is Mina. Besides going to school like everyone else-who's trying to survive this "hell". Well they no nothing about it at all. I listen to loud music, and hang out with my friends. I live with my parents, who are workaholics - it makes me wonder how they were able to conceive by how little time they have.

I hardly spend time with my siblings. I have my two, video game and sports-addicted brothers, Andrew and Robert - they're only three minutes older than me, my older sister -by a year, Julia.  

        I have shoulder-length dark brown hair, and brown eyes with a slim build but the rest of my family has blonde hair, except for Robert and me and our Dad, who have brown hair and brown eyes. I'm five feet and four inches tall.  Everyone is my family is above five feet and seven inches. The only time my parents are in the same room is when they argue or when they have there "private time". It's really gross hearing them,(I don't want to hear them trust me- their just so damn loud) like throwing up in your own mouth gross. My parents have decent jobs. I'm a good-girl, with a amazing grade point average, and I have job at a burger place called "Delicious Burger". I'm a cashier but I have a short temper so when I'm mad I show it!

        I go to Shoreview High School in Los Angeles, with my siblings, surprisingly I do get bullied- a lot. If I get beat up, then I just put on makeup to cover up the marks. No one seems to care really besides my siblings and my friends. "Oh...Julia get out of the bathroom, I can't be late today!", I yelled as I knocked hard on the door. "Ugh.....wha- No!" Said Julia through the door. "Please, Julia!" I yelled, I soon heard her mocking me."You're such a baby....stop being a whiner...!"

"You better open this door." I heard no response. "MOM!"I yelled. I heard heavy angry footsteps coming to the rail of the staircase."Julia! Out of the bathroom, you've been in there for forty five minutes!" I smiled at the door as I heard her groan loudly and wrap up her blow-dryer, " Alright!...damn..it...".

        She walked out of our bathroom mouthing the word "bitch" at me. I gave her the finger while nodding my head up and down.Our mom came back to the railing of the staircase"Both of you need to wear something warm it's cold outside and it rained last night! Tell Your brothers too." My sister and I both said "Okay". I told them. I got in the bathroom, took a shower, got dressed and got some breakfast. My brothers, as usual eat the most because they are on the wrestling team. As they say, "We wanna get ripped! So that means we gotta eat a lot"! They want bigger muscles but don't know how to get bigger brains. They call me "nerd" because I'm in chess and anime club at our school.

        My sister is popular, and I'm not , because I don't let my name known for the wrong reasons. Unlike Julia's friend Andrea. Andrea is so vain she probably was born with a mirror in her hand.  If there's anything worth more than Andrea's body.....-it's a penny. Julia is kinda like her just not as slutty...or has zero class. I then walk to the bus stop down the street from my house with my headphones, there's puddles of water everywhere.

        I then hear a loud motorcycle coming down the street with some dude riding on it. He rode right passed me-ok now I'm covered in water and it's sixty degrees outside just my damn luck! The bus pulls up, the students on the bus start to laugh loudly as the door opens for me to get on. My friends see me,and hand me their gym clothes.

        As soon as we get to school, I go into the bathroom and change into the gym clothes and walking into to History class. Everyone is silent. I sit at my desk and look at the bored for the page number in the book we've been studying.The teacher, Mr.Keal, stared right at me and marking me down as late. "Damn.."
