Lucy's pov

Running. Was the only thing in my mind as I continued to run as I passed by many trees and the sound of nature.

I didn't know why I was running I just had to get away from that place but before I knew it.

I ended up slipping off a cliff as I continued to roll down as I felt many sharp sticks poke my body then suddenly,

I felt a sharp numbing pain on the back of my head before i saw splotches of black on my vision.

[flash back :a few days ago ]

Lucy's pov

Sighing for what would be the hundredth time as I rested my head on a table.

Currently I was in the guild as the usual noise continued to erupt,I felt myself sigh as I looked at the people in front of my view.

It was natsu, gray, Erza,happy and

Finally lisanna.....

The new team natsu.

Don't get me wrong I wasn't kicked or something but it's just that after lisanna came back it just made me think I was merely a stitch to fill up a missing piece in everyone's hole.

Yes, lisanna often talks to me and probably be the second next to levy and team natsu often invites me to join them on missions with lisanna...but I just decided to distance myself from them it's just painful to see them happy without me....

I used to stay in the guild for about a day,however after lisanna came back I just couldn't deal with the pain in my heart so I probably stay in the guild for one hour or so before leaving.

Natsu's pov

"Luce...." I thought in my mind.

Lucy had just rejected our offer to join us on another mission,for some reason I felt as though she was ignoring us.

Yes,I was really happy after finding out my childhood best friend, who I presumed dead for two years is back.

But I felt a lingering thought on the back of my mind.

Third's person pov

"Neh....natsu about the promise I made when I said we were going to get married...." , lisanna started off.

"How bout we honour it now!?!" She finished off.

And soon the whole guild soon fell into a deep silence with many gasps and whispers going around.

A certain celestic Mage, however unknowingly slid out of the guild with tears streaming Down her eyes.

"Huh???"

Natsu,the fire dragon slayer questioned.

Hearing his answer, lisanna merely grumbled and her face turning into a pout with his face as she muttered something's about natsu being an idiot in her mind.

However as usual soon everyone got over it and continued their everyday routine and gray and natsu got into a fight. AGAIN.

"Lisanna!" natsu called however his shoulders brushed against Lucy

After they brushed against each other they started thinking both afraid to look at each other in the eyes.

They both were scared, they had each other which made them complete however, both wished why Fate wouldn't allow them to be.

[flashback: after Lucy fell down cliff]

"Lucy!!, what happened?!"

And soon Lucy opened her eyes as she blinked a few times adjusting to seeing the rays of sunlight again.
