After the incident with the fifth grader, I was so relived that my teacher have me 1 more week to complete my project. And for once, I'm actually excited to go to gymnastics for some reason. I wanted to tell Mckenzie the good news about my project.
At gymnastics class, our coach told us about the state gymnastics competition. She said only 5 students can compete solos in the whole gym. 2 higher levels, 2 medium levels (like Mckenzie and I) and 1 from the lower level team. Mckenzie and I just need those 2 spots! We need to work extra hard to get it. It is tight competition too. I really need to get my floor and high bar and low bar routine together. Mckenzie needs her vault and beam routine. But if we both get the spot, we will compete against each other! I did not realize that. Plus, Mckenzie has always been number 1. I'm number 2. I really need to step up my game. Well, time for floor routine. (My song is"let it go!")
