Here are a few notes/rules to help, for simplicity's sake (more may be added later) :
1) Makoto, Kyoko, Byakuya, Toko, Yasuhiro, Aoi, Mukuro, Junko, Hajime, Akane, Sonia, Fuyuhiko, Kazuichi, Shuichi, Maki, Himiko, Kiibo and Tsumugi all know that Junko was the mastermind in the first killing game
2) Nobody knows Celestia Ludenberg's real identity or tge fact it even was a fake persona
3) Nobody knows about Izuru Kamakura or the Kamakura project
4) Shuichi, Maki, Himiko, Kiibo and Tsumugi all know that Tsumugi was the mastermind in V3
5) Nobody knows that the second killing game was a simulation in the Neo World Program
6) Nobody knows that Danganronpa is a TV show
7) All victims know their killers and vice versa
8) People alive at the time will know the killers/victims of cases they were alive in. For example, Chihiro knows that Leon killed Sayaka and that Mondo killed him but he doesn't know that Celestia killed Hifumi, Hifumi killed Kiyotaka, Sakura killed herself or that Junko killed Mukuro
9) Fuyuhiko still has his eyepatch
10) Nekomaru is in his regular form- not Mechamaru
11) In this story, the Ultimate Imposter is posing as Ryota Mitarai- the Ultimate Animator. Nobody knows that he is the Ultimate Imposter
12) Toko, Byakuya, Makoto, Kyoko, Aoi, Yasuhiro, Junko, Sakura, Celestia, Hifumi, Kiyotaka and Mondo know about Genocider Syo
