I walked fast to the door and opened it finding no one outside. I stepped outside, down the 3 steps and on to the muddy ground. Still no one. I looked around, walking a couple of inches or so, no sign of anyone ever coming across the curved path to my house. I walked back inside where it was warm and cozy. Jumping back on the couch I pressed play and continues watching game of thrones. After a couple of minutes passed, I looking at the time realizing it was getting late and should be heading to work. I've only been late once in my life and lets just say im none to pleased  to experience that again. I headed upstairs, changing extremely fast and running downstairs to get my keys. As i got into the car, It started to snow. Its was quit beautiful, if i may say. I love Chicago weather.

On the way to work, all i could think about was what happened back at home. Who had knocked? why did i hear noises upstairs? I only just moved in only a month ago. Things can't start getting weird, especially not now.

I finally get to the student teachers parking lot with only 5 minutes to spare. As I'm walking to Mrs. Klein's English classroom I run into someone on the steps. I drop the few books i had in my hand and he seemed to have dropped his.....shirt? I slowly look up to find a guy shirtless, not even bothering to look at me nor where he was going. He was extremely toned, but not the kind that makes the guy look like he might strangle you or pop a vein. He finally realized we collided, looked at me, looked at the ground, back up at me, then proceeded in picking up my books while repeatedly saying sorry. I noticed how long I've been staring so i quickly bend down and help him. We both stand, him passing me my books while i passed him his shirt. We simultaneously say "would you stop saying-

"Hey listen, im so sorry i didnt mean to run into- "

Again, we both look at each other then continue

"No seriously stop" i say while he says "Sorry i just-"

We both look at each other again until finally i say - making sure he isn't about ready to talk - "Stop apologizing, its ok" He nods his head, looking back behind his shoulders for what seemed like the 5th time. I continue, "Why are you shirtless anyways, its fucking snowing outside" dumbass I mentally say to myself. he looks down and replies, laughing a little "Oh, yeah im sort of in a rush"

"yeah i can see that, you keep looking behind you. What, is someone chasing you or something causing you to take off your shirt in the process?" I ask, hoping my voice sounds a bit angry. This dumbass bumped into me shirtless, dropped all my books and making me now late for work. Great just great. I was seriously not in the mood for this.

He looked at me suspicious written all over his face. "Listen, sorry okay?" He seemed to be waiting for a smart remark from me before saying "You don't need to be such a sarcastic ass". I look at him, flustered. He looks at his shirt, back over his shoulder, then finally at me before raising his right hand in salute. He pushes passed me then starts to jog away. Well I'm already late i thought, might as well tell him off. " hey dumbass!" He slowly stops and turns around with a slight smirk on his face. "You made me late, thanks for nothing" And finally it was my turn to make a final salute then turn around and walk away.

I run as fast as i cant across campus to Mrs. Klein's classroom. I reach the door, wrench it open and trip into the classroom breathing heavily. Mrs. Klein looked at me like I"m-going-to-kill-you- look. I nodded at her and sat on her chair. Usually when she's teaching she lets me sit on her chair, and if she's not teaching i have to walk around these perverted ninth graders trying to help whoever needs it. I put my books down and relax as Mrs. Klein starts teaching again. I found myself looking out the window absentmindedly. I started to wonder where the guy was going, then i started to wonder why this day was the weirdest day by far.

4 hours later, i finally get home. It was 7 pm, and i was exhausted. Guess you never thought helping a teacher for 4 hours would take up all your energy. I slumped on the couch not even bothering to make myself a cup of coffee let alone head upstairs to change. I clicked open the TV thankful that Mrs. Klien hadn't made me grade papers today.

I ended up falling asleep having the same nightmare i had only just earlier today.
