Do you ever find a group of people that you think are perfect for you? You just relate to them so well and fit in perfectly? That's what I thought I did on the first day of my new school. It's been a week or so since then and everything has changed. At the beginning of the school year, all we talked about was Nash Grier and Matt Espinosa. We didn't even get to know each others last names. After a week of hanging out with each other we had a sleepover and it was pretty fun, but kind of quiet except for the small meowing of her cat and Spongebob's signature laugh which was playing on the tv.
We sat in silence with each other a lunch. Only two true fans of Magcon-oh, whoops. I mean viner- boys would talk to each other quietly about vine and Nash and how they were coming to where we lived. Other than them, it was pretty dead. I made some other friends who liked the same stuff as me. The only real difference from them and my original group was that I actually enjoyed hanging out with them. They talked about tumblr and ships/OTP's, bands, and anime. They were perfect for me.
After a few more days of sitting with my original group in silence, longingly looking at my other friends table, and a lot of sighing before one of my friends from the band group asked me to sit with them. I was overly happy. I hesitantly left the original 'crew' (that's what we called each other when we actually had fun) and sat with my new group.
Enough of the past and more of what's happening now. Also, if I didn't mention this earlier after I left, the crew was pretty mad at me but they got over it. We still talk, but I officially sit with my band group now and finally, I truly feel like I fit in.
