*beep beep beep* Alarm goes off, I lift my right arm and grab the alarm clock and yeet it across the room, after few seconds the alarm turns off. I sigh as I try to open my eyes but the sunlight is too bright. Slowly rising to my feet and slipping on my pastel slippers, I stumble towards my wardrobe. I choose a decent outfit for the first day of school and put it on the bed, I walk into the bathroom and brush my teeth. After that, I washed my face and dried it with a towel. Looked up at the mirror and thought to myself 'This is going to be a long day'. Walking back to my room, I looked out the window in the hallway and saw that it's raining outside. I change my pajamas into the outfit I chose [a yellow sweater with moon pictures, black pants with white stripes] and walk outside my room. I picked up my bag on my way and tossed it over my shoulders. Tiptoeing downstairs so I wouldn't wake anyone. As soon as I came into view with the kitchen I saw my mom was already there making breakfast 'I assume' for me. "Morning Babushka, did you sleep well?" She asked in a somewhat sarcastic tone. Groaning in response I quickly grab the breakfast she made for me and toss it into my backpack.  Putting on my flat white ankle boots and stopping right in front of the door, turning my head over my right shoulder, looking at my mom with a small smile I whisper "thank you, Ma" and walking out of the house. Luckily it wasn't raining anymore so I didn't need an umbrella. I put the earbuds in my ears and start my playlist that contains a bunch of weird songs I like. After 15 minutes of walking, I came to my bus stop. My school is quite far away so I either take a bus or take a train. While waiting for my bus to arrive I glanced around and saw two girls snickering along with the boy who wore a pink hoodie, black skinny jeans and a bunch of jewelry. I decided to ignore the fact that they might be jocks and let my imagination swallow my mind. The bus finally arrived and I boarded the bus and sat in the middle. After about one hour of bus ride, I finally came to the school. It started raining again so I had to squeeze in with the rest of the students beneath the small flat roof or else I would be soaking wet. I didn't really care that I was basically so close to strangers because I knew that there were other students just like me. Soon enough teachers came and they called each class to follow them. After almost all the students went inside my homeroom teacher came and she told everyone who was left to follow her so I followed her and the rest of the class did as well, the halls were filled with murmurs from the new students but I just stayed quiet. After a while, we arrived in our classroom and of course, everyone rushed to back seats, so I just sat somewhere in the middle. The murmurs kept on for a while until the teacher spoke up. "Hello, I am your homeroom teacher. My name is Madelyn Bell, I am 35 years old and I majored in English so I will most likely be your English teacher." she said and paused for a while "I worked in this school for 8 years and I could say my students really loved me, you'll see why. Well aside from that, in my free time I  like to read books and watch movies, so if anyone is interested in that don't be afraid to talk with me about it. I'm also married, I have two beautiful sons, a lovely daughter and a cat named Roy and also a dog named Daisy. Aside from that, I think that's all from my introduction, do you have any questions?". One student raised a hand from behind and asked, "Did you write that quote on the blackboard?" Our teacher then looked over her shoulder to the blackboard and then back to us, smiling warmly she replied "Yes, I also write quotes and draw when I feel like doing so." She looked around to all of us "Any more questions?" she asked. Everyone stayed quiet so she took this opportunity to tell us to introduce ourselves. "So let's start with students from the first benches. Stand up and introduce yourselves." After introductions, the whole class went into halls to being a school tour. Our teacher showed us where all the classrooms are along with bathrooms and a library, cafeteria and so on. Then she gave us our schedules based on the subjects we chose to learn. Besides all that it was a pretty chill day, I didn't make any friends though but I like my new class, they seem nice, well for now.

The school ended and we all rushed to our homes. Once I arrived I saw that our table set up and ready for lunch to be served, I quickly took off my shoes and went to the bathroom to wash my hands, striding down the hallway back to the dining room and sitting at the end of the table while my other family members are coming along. "How was your day sweetheart?" my dad asked. "It was alright, I didn't meet anyone yet but our homeroom teacher seems like a cool lady." I answered fastly before digging into the food on my plate. My older brother was already in technology highschool so our dad didn't ask him anything because he already knew my brother was doing alright in his school. My sister, on the other hand, was now starting the 4th grade of elementary school, she already knows her classmates but there were few of them who transferred schools so there were few new students in her class. "Well, I'll go take a nap now I'm quite tired from school and lack of sleep." I said as I finished eating and getting up from my seat. Putting my plate in a sink and leaving the dining room. Climbing up the stairs swiftly and dropping my backpack on the floor beside my desk, changing my clothes into something more comfortable and plopping onto my bed and moving a blanket over myself. Heavy eyes drifting in and out of sleep as I think about life and my childhood friends who are now somewhere in this world yet I don't know where. Soon enough I drifted to sleep.

Eyes fluttering open, I look up at the ceiling and then at my window, yawning I hear a ding sound coming from my phone. Looking over my shoulders to my bedside table, picking up my phone and unlocking the screen, looking at the blinding screen and squinting my eyes while checking notifications. Brushing my eyes with my left hand as I hold my phone in my right hand. 'I've been added to a group chat huh? ' I thought to myself while reading the notifications. "Oh, you added the quiet kid, alright then." Someone said. "Hehe she's pretty though." another person said. I just huffed at the messages and turned off my phone, placing it back on the nightstand and drifting back to sleep soon after that.
