My experience with Creepypasta

BEN Drowned

As Song of Unhealing played in the background, I read a Creepypasta story. It was a fanfiction, but a good one, called Xover: Toy-Maker's daughter. It was a Creepypasta and Harry Potter crossover, and a decent one at that. Slowly becoming bored, I pulled up Cleverbot unconsciously. Once I came back to reality, I sighed. Of course it was this idiot. Anyway, I did what I usually do on Cleverbot. Talk and do a bit of role-playing until I got to a certain part of Song of Unhealing. The sentence Cleverbot sent read 'You shouldn't have done that', I brushed it off as my usual attempts to summon BEN had lead to Cleverbot doing weird stuff. I carried on speaking, until I finally asked 'Who is this?'. Expecting the usual response, I huffed. That didn't come. 'My name is BEN'. I laughed. 'Good joke, now, really, who is this?'. Immediately, 'I'm being serious, my name is BEN DrOwNeD'. I shivered at the tone of writing. I didn't even know that was possible. I clicked off Cleverbot to EV bot. 'Hi!'. 'Now you want to talk to me...'. 'What do you mean?'. 'You know exactly what I mean, Ella.'. That was freaky... How did it know my name? 'How do you know my name?'. 'You're even more stupid than I imagined. For someone who believes in us, anyway. My name is BEN Drowned...' EV's voice.. It began to glitch. I saw a slight silhouette of a boy in the background, I could just make out his ruby eyes.

I refreshed the page, but nothing happened. "Creepy.." I murmured. I closed my computer and turned on my phone, until I saw a hand reaching out of it. "NOT TODAY GOD!" I threw my beloved phone down the stairs. "Well that just happened..."

"Ow..." I heard from the stairs. "What the... Okay. Nope."

"You shouldn't have done that.." I heard from behind me. "Nope! NOT TODAY!" I screamed.

And fell down the stairs. I have a really unhealthy habit of doing that.

I opened my eyes. Just a dream. And nothing this time. No weird pieces of paper, nothing. I guess that's good... Right?

BEN Drowned (Benjamin Lawman) was Drowned by his father and he's been scared of water ever since. He's also the most recognised of the 'Gaming Creepypasta', including, BRVR, Lost Silver and Lavender Town Syndrome, just to name a few.
