It was October 26 and it was very close to Halloween. Devynn and Nick were in advisory and they had five minutes left in class until the end of the day and Mrs. Addison said "Listen up kids, we are going to have a school talent show. But there is a surprise that you will figure out the day of the talent show." All of the girls planned to sing with each other and most of the boys were doing stunts except for Devynn and Nick. So, Mrs. Addison told them that they were going to have to do a creepy comedy themed act together. After school they would walk home together and they started to plan. Devynn got a piece of paper and Nick got a pencil out of his backpack. "We should call our act the haunted danger." Nick said. "That is a great idea!" Devynn replied. Next, came the costumes that they were going to wear. They decided to wear their Halloween costumes. Devynn was being a zombie and Nick is going to be a skeleton. Half of their planning was already done, Devynn thought this was going to be easy. But, they didn't know that there was a twist. It was 8:00pm and Nick had to go home and go to bed.
