Kaminari Pov

I just got done making some breakfast. I saw Y/n sitting alone and playing with her food. She looked like she was deep in thought. Well here comes Denki Kaminari to save the day! I sat by her with a huge smile. "Hey there N/n!"

"N/n huh?"

She giggled but her smile slowly faded. "Kami how do you know if a guy likes you back?"

"You mean if Kirishima does? I could just ask for you..." she shook her head and played with her food more. I didn't like to see her unhappy. She's my best friend so I try to do what I can for her. "Well, the guy is kind of oblivious when it comes to feelings. Probably his own as well."

"Meaning I would have no clue if he really did or not... Today at 2 we are going somewhere and I'm nervous. Is it just as friends or maybe could he like me back? I'm a nervous wreak Kaminari..."

"I am sure it will be fine! Just focus on having fun, you always have the most fun with him. I know he does too." I smiled at her, I could tell what I said cheered her up.

"Really?"

"Of course! I wouldn't lie to you or anyone." She hugged me tightly, I saw Kirishima coming down.

"Thank you Kami..."

When he saw us hugging he stopped. He looked sad and began to walk away. He so has feelings for her. I let Y/n go. "I'm going to talk to Sero and the others. Take it easy okay?" She smiled and nodded, I ran to Kirishima. "Dude wait up!"

"Hey Kaminari..."

"Kirishima, you need to know something. I saw you when you saw she hugged me."

"Huh What are you talking about?"

He tried to play dumb. "Stop beating yourself up. I was comforting her cause... Because she doesn't know if the guy she likes, likes her back."

"She... She likes someone?"

"Yea and you like her don't you?"

"What I Uh we are really close friends is all."

"Then why did you look sad when we hugged?" He stayed silent.

"I... I don't know... Maybe I do like her but she could never like me back. I don't deserve her."

Bingo I got him! "You don't know that. I heard you two were going out. That would be the best way to know your feelings for sure, and hers. I'm going to go eat. Just think about it Kirishima. I'm going to eat my breakfast I'm starving." With that I left.

I looked behind me, he was starring at Y/n as if she was the world. You like her Kirishima, stop trying to deny your feelings for her... She likes you back!

Y/n Pov

I got done eating and someone sat beside me. I blushed when I realized it was Kirishima. "Hey Kirishima..."

"Hey... So uh..."

Why was he having such a hard time talking to me?

"Excited for today?!?"

"Yea I am! I am still confused were we are going."

"Oh yea right! Well there was this amusement park going up today. Wanna go to that?"

I beamed up he wants to take me to that?!? "I WOULD LOVE IT! THANK YOU SO MUCH KIRISHIMA!" I said over joyed and hugged him tightly. He was taken back but held me close.

Kirishima Pov
I hugged her back.... "You/your welcome... Y/n..." My heart is racing, I never wanted to let her go. I wanted to cuddle her and hold her as long as I could. Ah Kaminari is right... I really do like Y/n....All this time this unknown feeling towards her wasn't us being best friends it was because I was fond of her. It all makes since now... How do I even say it to her? Can I even risk our friendship?
