3. It was you

Amber's POV

All I could think about was that what if things are weird between me and Justin? We haven't talked, he doesn't know half the shit i had to go through without him.

My mom went over and opened the door.

"Justin! Pattie! We haven't seen you in forever! We miss you!" She said hugging them

"We miss you too." Responded Pattie

Justin and I made eye contact. I looked down so hopefully he'll stop staring. I then walked up to Pattie.

''Oh my gosh Pattie! I miss you so much!'' I said hugging her

''I've missed you too honey. How have you been?''

''I've been great.'' I said with a smile

My brother started talking to Justin and my mom started talking to Pattie. I just went and over and picked up Brendan from his little crib, that was in the living room.

''Hi babyy.'' I said rocking him back and forth

''You'll make an amazing mother someday.'' Said a very familiar voice

''What do you want Justin?'' I said a little annoyed

''Woah, what did I do? I just came to see my amazing best friend.''

''Oh my gosh. Best friend? You're really funny! Do you not talk to your best friends in months? Are you ever there for them when they need you? Do you ever ask at least once how they are doing?'' He just stayed quiet on what i said

"Look Amber I know I haven't talked to you since I went on tour. But nothing has changed."

"Nothing has changed, really? My life changed a lot. You have no clue how much of a mess I am."

"What happened?"

"Now you care."

"I've always cared."

"How am I suppose to believe that? If you cared you would never have pulled yourself away. Why did you do that? Was it because Selena? Or was it just because I'm not the girl that has the perfect body? Or is it just because i'm and ordinary girl?"

"No Amber. You don't get it, it's not like that."

"Yeah okay." Was all i could say.

I walked away and went where everybody else was at.

"Are we ready to go?" My mom said

"Yup we're ready." Said Justin.

"I'll go get Brendan's car seat and put him in it. I'll meet you guys in the car." I said walking away.

"I'll help you." Said Justin coming after me

Everybody went to the car. It was only Justin, Brendan and I in the house. We walked upstairs. Justin helped me out with Brendan but we didn't talk. Until he spoke up.

"I'm sorry." He apologized

"Sorry doesn't fix up all the broken pieces."

"Can you stop being such a bitch and accept the apology?"

"Wow! Worst apology ever!" I said very annoyed

"Okay I'm really sorry for that. I missed you Amber. A lot. We've been so close and I hate how much we drifted apart. I couldn't contact you because I got a new phone and changed my number." He just stayed staring at me, waiting for me to respond. But before I could he started talking again.

"I didn't follow you on Instagram because YOU made a new Instagram, I know you did. I know things aren't gonna go exactly the way they were but I'll do anything to make our friendship strong again." He said waiting for my response

''But the strange thing is all your friends do. Couldn't you have asked them? But you didn't. So i doubt you would do anything to make this friendship strong again.''

''No Amber-''

"Just shut up and grab the car seat.'' I told Justin and he grabbed the car seat.

We got to the car and buckled the car seat onto the seat and then buckled Brendan into the car seat. We gave him his pacifier.

Justin and I didn't even sit beside each other. I hate him.

A/N ~ I hope you guys liked it! But to be honest i kinda didn't lol. The chapters are so short! I'm sorry for that! I'm gonna try to make the other one longer!!

Also sorry for not updating in FOREVER! I think i'm gonna update a lot more often now!!
