Mob Violence is basically the disturbance created by several persons assembled and acting with a common intent in executing an unlawful action in a violent manner. And this issue takes serious concerns with itself as it is Deterimental to the Democratic Fabric of India . This issue is emerging as a serious law and order problem in India, embracing hazardous consequences.
The very root cause of this problem comes from the culture of political mobilization that uses violence as a tool which can be traced in the recent Panchayati elections of West Bengal. It also threads another aspect with itself as Indifferent attitude towards other culture and Religion which is throwing the social harmony in the quagmire of Intolerance and expanding the trust Deficit. And by observing the recent scenarios we find that the growing prevelance of fake news and hate news is emerging as one of the major cause which we see in the Dadri lynching case of Uttar Pradesh moreover according to 'India Spent ' 52% lynching attacks in last eight years were based on rumors only .
This nodus not only impacts on our society but to the very idea of 'Unity in Diversity ' and its directly against the values upheld by our constitution. It Pathos the Radical and Extrimist organizations to take the leverage of this atmosphere to run their volatile propaganda . Its ambit disrupts the foreign and domestic investments and hampers internal migration which affects the Economy. So This very problem is becoming a big bone of content that needs to elevated, for this we need to look out for a Reform in the administrative as well as in the Judicial department, and the spread of value oriented education can surely curb this Menace Very well .
