-A way out-

Toriel came down the hallway to spot me standing there by the door. "My child! Come it is not safe." Looking at Toriel a new found determination filled my soul. "Mom I must leave and head to the surface." Hearing my own voice shocked me as did Toriel. "They will kill you out there! I should have destroyed that door long ago."

My soul burst out of my body as Toriel paws were on fire. Quickly I spoke to her in fear, "I will be okay mom!" Fire moved at me as I dodged but one almost got my soul. Making Toriel gasp in fear, staring at her determined I acted again. "I love you, mom! But I have to go!"

Another attack caused me to jump to the side but I noticed the fire was now avoiding me. I show mercy to her but before I know it she is on her knees, crying. Smiling softly I walked over to her and hugged her. "I love you, mom." She hugged me back before letting me go. Heading out through the door where a gush of wind hit me. It was cold.

Making my way through the snowy area as questions ran through my head. 'Am I still underground? It snowing but when I fell down here it was still summer. What's going on?' A crack of a stick made my head jerk back confused but to see no one there. I kept moving until I felt a presence behind me. "Don't you know how to greet a new pal.." Fear struck through my soul as I slowly turned to the mystery man.
