Tokyo never personally called them and said " hey I forgive you " but the Lord knew that her heart was clear. Tokyo had no more hatred towards them, she could see them the next day and would not be bothered. She had the seen girls six times within that incident and she hadn't spoke to her none of those times. As far as him they straight she still cool with him and his family and no will they ever talk or be together. She had ended up getting pregnant by him (not Tokyo) and they had a baby. Tokyo and the dude had ended up talking and she had started accepting his apologies and shit. And Tokyo continued to always ask him and then he had straight up told her that they had been fuckin the whole entire time Tokyo and him was together. Now she's a single mother and he has a new bitch and he still continues to be liking all of Tokyos' pictures and putting heart eyes and heart emojis under Tokyos pictures and shit.
