Daniel POV

I was dreaming of the girl I liked but of course she has to be my bff. I was jolted out of my sleep when I felt something ice cold soke me and my bed I looked up and saw my bff Sara.

"What the hell Sara " I yell "I soked and so is my bed u pay for this child."

"Sorry I just had a bucket of water for you and a towel from the bathroom" she said " that I still need I came to put the bucket down and I tripped over your shoe."

"I not even sick " I say to her getting out of my soked bed.

" yo mama said that you are running a fever " she stated confidentiality .

"Whatever Sara what do u need child of mine ?" I say .

"Wellll can you do me a big huge favor?" Sara says with puppy dog eyes that always works on me .

" what is it " I say " because it depends" I walk over to my dresser and pick out my outfit for the day.

" will u go far away to check out what going on in the city of eternal darkness?" She says .

"No " I say and walk into the bathroom and lock the door.

Sara POV

"No" he says then walks off into the bathroom and I hear a click he locked the door.

I leave his house I guess I will go by myself . when I get home I get my stuff ready to go.

Daniel POV

When I get done getting ready for the day I go back into my room but Sara wasn't in there. I looked around the house looking for her she was nowhere in the house.

"Hey mom where is sara? " I asked her .

"She left she looked upset" mom said " whatever you did she probably hates you " .

I grab my keys and drive to sara house then I see her a suitcase in hand walking to her car . I drive a little faster and park my car.

" Sara were are you going?" I asked her .

" I told yo ass I going to the city of eternal darkness"she says" I want to find out why do people disappear and go insine and if they are alive or dead"

" Sa don't go" I say if she says no I have no other choice to tell her how I feel about her.

" no I want to go you ant going to help so I going alone" she says".

"Sara I have something to tell you" I say " I-i will go with you"

Ya ya I know I chickened out but hey u guess I have to deal with it I going to tell her when the time is right.

"Omg are u kiding me ?" She yelled tackles me in a big hug.

" yes" I say " for rizles". I hug her back

"Hey let's sing the star spangled banner together" she Says " for a last time before we go"

" ok" I say

( play song) * skip to 1:00*

Oh, say can you see by the dawn's early light

What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming?

Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight,

O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?

And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,

Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

"Dang we sing awesomely " says Daniel " we killin it"
