Naruto Pov

-Timeskip-

It's been a while since me and hinata last hanged out mostly because I don't really have that much experience with females because most of them are discusted with my mere existence .I wake up to the sound of someone knocking on the door , I walk to the door to open it to see who It might be.

I open the door to the surprise of hinata standing at the door way . "H-hi naruto " says hinata in a shy tone , "hey Hinata I wasn't expecting you whats up ", "o-oh well um I was wondering if you would uh like to go to ichiraku's with ...me that Is If you want to ?, "are you kidding that would be great just let me get ready and we can go you can come In and make yourself comfortable while you wait ." "O-ok Naruto " she says nervously.

Hinata Pov

I sit on the couch nervously fidgeting with my fingers as I wait for naruto while he Is changing In his room. I begin to observe the scenery of his home , I see empty cups of ramen on his kitchen counter and a picture frame of him and his squad team that consisted of him,Kakashi sensei ,Sasuke and Sakura chan .

Hinata stared at the picture remembering how much his dream to become the next hokage and earn the respect of everyone In the village ,I also remembered how he gained so many friends and changed the hearts of many of his comrades .

I remembered how I would always get so nervous around him to the point where my face would get completely red and I would faint at the sight of his face .

I wondered If this was worth It and what If he doesn't feel the same way but those thoughts go away because I remembered how happy he always makes me and how no matter what happened he would never give up and strive on his ninja way , As I am thinking that I see him come out of his room wearing his orange sweat shirt along with the red scarf that I made for him . "So are you ready to go Hinata " Naruto asked eagerly ,y-yes I am ready ".

Naruto Pov

I walk with Hinata out of the door excited to go to eat ramen with her . I could feel my heart beating as I'm walking with her through the village debating on whether I should or should not hold her hand , I was confused on why I was feeling this way around her and why these types of things would swearl around In my head when ever I am with her.

I would sometimes think that maybe of grown fond of her and started to acknowledge more to the point where my feelings for her have changed since we were kids because I thought she would never like someone like me because we are comrades in this shinobi world and I thought that feelings like that would get In the way of missions ,though I have noticed that she would get all flushed and her face would completely red when she's around me .

We get to Ichirakus and take our seats , I order two bowls of ramen and there begins to be an awkward silence so I try to start a conversation as I begin to debate on what I should talk to her about . "Uh so Hinata how's training with sakura going I heard that you've gotten crazy strong "Naruto says with an awkward smile . "O-oh uh It's going good I guess she's really nice and Is a good friend Hinata says nervously while slightly blushing ".

" Well that's great to here It's always great to here about what you've been up to since we haven't really gotten to talk that much ", "It's just that your life Is really interesting ya know " Naruto answers back with a smile , as Naruto answers back Hinata looks away and blushes embarassed by the comment that he made .

" Is something wrong Hinata " Naruto ask wondering why she's embarassed , "n-no nothing Is wrong It's just ...I'm always so shy around you because you're always so nice to me that It's overwhelming " Hinata says In a nervous tone while still continuing to blush.

"Yeah but that's because I genuinly enjoy your company because when we were younger you were always so nice to me despite what other kids would say about me and you gave me this scarf so it's just a nice change of pace ya know " Naruto says with a smile on his face ".

"Y-yeah I guess I understand ,It's nice to know that you like spending time with me " Hinata says while sheepishly smiling at Naruto .

" Welp It's getting late we should probably get you back home let me walk you ". "A-are you sure " Hinata answers nervously ,"yeah of course I'm sure I wouldn't want anything bad happening to you on your way home" ,"wow thank you Naruto I'm so grateful ".

-Timeskip to when they get to Hinata's house -

Naruto and Hinata arrive back at her house and stand at the door unaware of what they should do next now that they've arrived at their destination . Naruto begins to thank Hinata for asking him to get ramen with her to try to break the awkward silence that's between them at the moment .

"Thanks for Inviting me to get ramen with you I really enjoyed talking to you after so long ", "Your welcome I enjoyed talking to you too and I'm glad you accepted my request " Hinata says with a sheepish smile .

"Aye don't sweat it sorry If I didn't really talk much I don't really have all that much experience talking to girls that much ". Naruto then smiles and begins to gaze into Hinata's lavender white eyes ,Hinata then leans In and Kisses him on the cheek to say thank you for the night that they shared . Naruto holds his left cheek smiling and blushing at the fact that the girl that he's having complicated feelings for just being planted a kiss on his cheek ,he then walks back to his home smiling from ear to ear about the night that he just experienced with Hinata .
