Mayame's Pov:

We had spent a while talkin about how I think the Soul Collectors had something to do with this but not Kikyo ..... I was still rolling it over again and again in my thoughts but I couldn't place my finger on the person who did this....

"Hey Mayame!! Can you sing a song!"

I smiled at Shippo . I could sing so I said "sure , now what song do you want me to sing Shippo?"

He smiled and told me to sing a song about my life.... My smile faded and I nodded everyone was listening except Inuyasha ... I think he was only Half- Listening.. But who cares ?

"Just an average girl , she always wore a smile,

She was cheerful and happy for a short while...

But now she's older things are getting colder,

Life's not what she thought !

She wish someone had told her.

She told you she was down you let it slip by --

So from then on .. She kept it on the inside

Told herself she was alright but white lies

Can't you tell? Look at her dull eyes.

Tried to stop herself from crying almost every night but she knew there was no chance of feeling

Summer came by , all she wore was long sleeves

Cause those cuts on her wrists were blessing through you see ...

And if someone were to notice she would blame the cat!!!

But those cuts on her wist,

They were no mistake ! But no one cared enough to save her from the self hate.

Things were going down ⬇never really up ⬆

So here she is now stuck in a stupid rut!

She knew exactly what she Had to do next ... Just stand on that chair and tie the rope around her neck!

She grabs a pen with her hand shaking wild,

Look at me now are you proud of your precious child !!!

But she knew that her parents weren't the ones to blame it was the world outside that should bow down their head in shame..

Her mother walks in and fall's down to the floor

Now nothing can take back what she just saw!!

Her little girl that she raised is just hanging there ..

Her body's pale and her face is violently bare

She see's the note and unfolds it with care .. All she does is stare "HOW CAN THIS BE FAIR?"

I'm sorry mum but this world is just not my place

I've tried for so long to fix this and fit in .. I've come to realize this worlds full of sin ,

There's nothing for me here I'm just a waste of space

I have no reason to say here in this awful race.

Your the best friend that I ever had ... Such a shame I had to make you so very sad

But I know in a year your forget I'm gone

Cause I'm not really something to be dwelled on ... That's what all those kids at school use to say

So I'm going by the law...

And don't worry....

Mayame's Pov:

I had tears in my eyes.. I blinked but they wouldn't go I was trying so hard hot to cry.. This song represented my life..

"Mayame... Is that true" I looked at Sango and kagome ... Then to the ground I noded "umm.. Ya" Shippo looked like he was about to cry to

"I'm sorry.." I whispered not knowing Inuyasha heard me I fell to the ground sobbing I couldn't take it anymore all of the hurt came back ... I just needed to let it out !

"Mayame!" I heard Kagome yell .. She came and pat me on my back "I- I'm -- s- so- sorry !" I cried in between the words I hated people seeing me cry!

I stopped just long enough to get a few words out.. "Sorry guys.. " I said before running off into the forest ..

I had to get away ! At this point I won't be surprised if no one ever comes to find me! After all..

I'm just a waste of space ..
