"so what now?" Harry asked after they caught their breath "that depends on what you're talking about?" Malfoy said. Harry rolled his eyes "smartass" Harry muttered "why do you like me?" Malfoy said "I don't get it" Malfoy continued "I'm not exactly a nice person" he finished. "Well you're a foul git, but that's not the point" Harry said in which he received a scoff from the blond sitting across from him. "I've seen how you act towards your friends when no one else is around, like when Pansy got kicked out you offered to let her stay at Malfoy Manor until Zabini stepped in" Malfoys head shot up at what Harry said. "How did you know about that?" Malfoy said rather curious. "That's my business, but my point is you're not as stoned faced as everyone says you are, and you're not bad looking either" Malfoy laughed at what Harry said. An actual laugh which Harry found himself smiling "look at us being civil" Malfoy said, Harry laughed "Hermione would lose her mind". "How is the bookworm?" Malfoy asked, Harry looked confused as said "do you actually care?" Harry replied "I suppose not" Malfoy chuckled. They continued to sit in silence for a bit, Harry broke the silence "what did you mean when you said you had a curious infatuation with me?" Malfoy sighed heavily "I'm not sure how to explain it, but for a while now I can't get you out of my mind it's a bit annoying really" malfoy said. Harry moved over and sat next to him "can we please just drop the acts for a moment and be civil?" Harry said, "if you tell anyone I'll have pansy hex you into next Tuesday" Malfoy said "oh please I'd hex you into next year" someone said, Harry and Malfoy both stood up, malfoy with wand out and stepped in front of Harry slightly "who's there?" Malfoy questioned facing in the direction of a rather large group of trees. "Oh calm down Draco it's just me no need to get your knickers in a twist" pansy said stepping out from the behind the trees and leaning against one while smirking. "Pansy you scared me how long have you been there?" Malfoy said putting his wand away "you always have been a bit jumpy" pansy replied still smirking while walking towards them. Pansy walked closer to Harry "so Potter how's the bookworm?" Malfoy stepped in front of him "how long have you been listening?" He repeated "long enough and calm down I'm not going to hurt your precious Potter I was mearly asking a question" pansy said while moving around Malfoy to stand in front of Harry "is she with the weasel?" Harry signed "his name is Ron and no she's not" Pansy turned around facing the lake. "So which bloke is she with then?" Pansy asked "well she's not particularly into blokes" Harry muttered, Pansy turned around faster then humanly possible and nearly knocked Harry over "what!, Details Potter details!!!" Malfoy just chuckled as Harry looked worried for his life "pansy is a flaming lesbian and has got her eyes on the bookworm" Malfoy said. "Okay I'll give you details if you let go of me" Harry said and Pansy let go of his shirt and he fell to the ground. They all sat down and Pansy was listening very intently "Hermione doesn't really have a type per say but she isn't gonna want someone who doesn't work for anything or a slob she's very simple and I could get you too together alone if you'd like?" Harry said. Pansy beamed "what's the catch?" Harry smiled "you have to tell me everything Draco has said about me in the common room". Draco looked at Pansy and she smirked. Draco shook his head at her and she opened her mouth to speak but he was on top of her in a second they were fighting to the death it seemed like. Everything was so calm until it just wasn't, Pansy was on top of Draco laughing and Draco flipped her over and covered her mouth until. "OW" Draco yelled as he stood up "she bit me!, You bit me" he said looking at Pansy. She stood up as well "oh hush" she said, Harry was trying to hold in laughter as he walked over to them. "Awe poor baby, do you want me to kiss it better" Harry mocked while laughter. "Well if you're offering" Malfoy said earning a snack on the arm from a rather pink looking Harry. "So I was thinking I could ask Hermione to help me study tomorrow in the RoR so just not show up" Harry said looking at Pansy "you are such a Slytherin" she laughed "but sounds good, what time?" Pansy said, Harry thought what time would allowed Pansy to make a good impression "35 minutes after dinner is cleaned up" Harry said as Pansy smiled and walked back to the castle. Draco and Harry just laughed "did someone get a little protective over me when big bad Pansy came to get me" Harry said mocking Malfoy. Malfoy shoved Harry over and simply said "I'm going to bed, meet me here at 7pm tomorrow or don't I really don't care" he said not looking back. Harry just shook his head well you cant have everything I guess
