Priestess Aileen had been supervising the temple for over a century. The ancient priestess sat down on the sanctified pillar bowing her head to the ancient statue and putting on her rosemary necklace for protection. Her hands seemed to tremble as they drifted towards the crystal orb before a vision overtook her.
A sudden smash grabbed the attention of the Atheros. When Latina and Lancia ran inside hoping that the priestess Aileen was okay. They stumbled into the temple to find the bewildered priestess clutching her head in pain. Stop! Do not touch me. Instead listen to my vision and heed my omen
The girls dashed on a mission leaving the priestess they knew that evening Hades would take all their souls.
Latina! What on the earth are you doing Loafer voice rang out through the abandoned woods the youngest sister of the enchantresses clung to her bosom in worry as she ran.
Latina sat on the rugged meadow with ignited candles around her across her sat Lancia marking symbols onto the ground.
Both sisters smiled at one another before swiftly cutting each others hands
Athena forgive us. Hear our pleads and come to us the two mumbled before staggering over in pain. Loafer held both sisters as foam began to spill out of their mouths.
After the dreadful sacrifice, a empty silenced followed seemingly marking the once holy temple in tears and heartbreak.
The amount of horror and sadness of the souls left behind was enough to call onto the heavens. Athena howling in pain from her people dying. Her young virgin princess who held the fire on the temple and her high priestess now dead in unforeseen circumstances.
And so began the destiny of Athena on earth.
She arrived to the destruction of her people, a void filling her heart as she stumbled over the bodies of friends. The women she had to come to respect and cherish.
Athenas heart broke. A day of celebration and honour destroyed.
Aphrodite where are you Athena called out silently. Athena sunk down to the ground letting my grief carry me to my knees. I formed a circle on the ground I conquered up my candles for representing every soul that I had lost.
Tonight I call upon Hades as Athena goddess of wisdom and war to lead these souls today to show them to the great temple. I call for vengeance, for water to drown the guilt, I call for punishment. Be still and go find rest Athena ended her words blowing out the candles that remained. Athena Athena heard whispers and lifted her eyes to find the shining figures of her descended priestess.
Who did this to you?
The youngest girl Athena remembered her Loafer spoke We do not know Goddess. We heard our high priestess and fled to her. She told us of a vision. We heard thunder and felt the darkness. We saw him we tired fleeing we ran and hid in corners. Whenever we ran, he chased us. We do not know what happened after he caught us the other spirits taking Loafer hand as she shivered. It seemed none understood why or how it happened.
Athena started to tremble from anger and fear. Who would do this terrible act and why?
Forcing her attention back on the situation, Athena asked We are almost done. Thank you for appearing to me. What was her vision?
For the one you love will destroy your crown. The evil that is released will be bound. You will find him in your heart, and he wont let you part. Cursed from the moon. Hated by Zeus. Snakes are lurking and your kingdom is at risk. Friends and family None are like who they seem. Thats all we can tell you They chanted in unity. Their voices raising louder than in life before the Reaper appeared and their souls left the earth.
All that remained was the silence of the woods and moon light.
