Chapter 2

Jungkook POV:

It has been only a week and there is so much to start planning for.

V:

"Hey, are you ready?"

Jungkook POV:

Honestly I am not ready to leave our apartment that the members left for us. But I knew that if we wanted to move on we had to literally move because of the memories that held us back. So I looked around for the last time and said..."Yes".

Author POV:

Taekook have packed their stuff from the apartment and left without looking back. It was time to let go and move forward.

They hopped in a taxi and drove off to their new home, which was located in LA.

V:

"I'm so hungry. Want to order Chinese food?"

Jk:

"Yeah sure. I just want to finish unpacking first."

V:

"Okay, take your time. I'll be in the kitchen"

Their house was a small one with a lot of windows and doors. V had finished unpacking his stuff and started to unpack a box, which he hadn't let anyone touch or see what's inside, not even jk.

As he was about to open it when Jungkook appeared.

Jk:

"I finished! What's in the box?"

V:

"Uhh..it it's umm..nothing j-just some junk I collected when I was bored"

Jk:

"Oh really? I thought it was your albums or something, but I get it...you don't want to keep them because they remind you of your grandma."

When Jungkook said this V looked down at the box. Jungkook noticed that the topic was still hard for V and quickly sat next to him.

Jk:

" I didn't mean to upset you...I'm sorry"

He hugged V and V looked at him with crystal eyes.

V:

"It's not your fault...I just hope I can tell you one day" He whispered the last part.

After having packed all their stuff and bought furniture online, they ordered Chinese food for dinner.

Jk:

"Bae, look at this!" *laughs*

V:

"What is it? Oh nooooo is that really her?"

Jk:

"I know right?! I can't believe it either and look what the caption says."

V:

"It says 'Coming to support my people #pridemonth' woah she is coming to visit us!!! Good thing she didn't expose us"

Jk:

"Like she ever would. You know Halsey *smiles* always so kind, supportive, and good at keeping secrets."

V:

"She is literally the best and I can't wait to catch up. Hey, do you think we could go somewhere discretely to meet her and hang out?"

Jk:

"Hmm...oh we could go to that restaurant we went to when we had our first concert in LA remember?"

V:

"Oh the place with delicious meatballs? Okay well let's arrange it with her then"

Their food had come, and V had started to text Halsey the details. While Jk served the food in the floor, since their furniture hadn't arrived yet.

V:

"And...done! So she proposed we meet her at a river or park because remember, we are trying to keep our identity hidden and since we've already been to the restaurant there is a chance some people that know us might be there. So no meatballs" *pout*

Jk:

"Aww so sad. Well then I guess we could meet somewhere we haven't been, but I'm pretty sure we've been every where in LA ugh."

It was sarting to get dark and the moon was shining bright as Taekook figured out a place to meet.

Jk:

*yawn* "I'm so tired and I haven't found any parks that we haven't visited or lakes even. V?"

V was standing in front of the living room window with the best view of the bright moon.

V:

"I think I know of one place we haven't been to."

He stopped looking at the moon and turned to Jk, who was now curious to know.

V:

"But it's a surprise" He turned back to stare at the moon again.

Jk:

"Well is it a surprise for Halsey too? Or will you tell her?"

V:

"Its a surprise for both of you. But you'll like it. I'll just text her to meet us here next week. Then we'll walk to the place."

Jk:

"Sounds good to me."

V texted Halsey the details (bold is text messages)

V: Hey Halsey, I'm going to need that favor of yours.

Halsey: Okay I'll make the call now. Does Jk suspect anything?

V: No actually Jk doesn't know you will be meeting us there. I told him you will meet us here so that I could take you both to a place we haven't gone to.

Halsey: What are you going to tell him when we I don't show up?

V: Well I'm going to think of something but I just don't want him to think I'm up to something if I tell you the secret place but not him.

Halsey: I get it

V: Yeah, anyways let me ASAP what they tell you. Also thank you very much for helping me.

Halsey: No problem. That's what friends are for ;)

V: Take care:)

Halsey: You too 3

Jk:

"I'm going to sleep *yawn* are you coming?"

V:

"Yeah I'll be there, just need to use the bathroom"

Jk:

"Goodnight"

V:

"I love you, sleep well"

V POV:

I know we have been talking about this for a long time, but I am afraid of the worst that can happen. I want a happy life with them, will they want it with me?

I just hope the universe has led me to them for a reason. A good reason.
